I usually don’t give such low reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve had from maccas

Service: Literally awful! I ordered through drive through and when I pulled up to collect my food, this girl with long nails just straight up handed my order without even greeting or smiling, she did not even say a single word (not even hello/thanks/bye) and was flat out rude for no reason

Food: I ordered a meal large fries and like the fries just look so depressing it was soggy and really pale - like it wasn’t cooked properly?

Anyways, that’s just my experience: (hope you guys had a better one

This is like the 3rd time I've bought from this place and everything there has been. Something wrong. This time I got a happy meal for my little stouter and surprise the chocolate milk is expired. Bb the 12/01/2024.it's the 20th now. My delivery drivers also went the complete opposite direction to my house making it take 20 Minuntes for it to be delivered. Last time I order from here.

I found it was a great place and hot food served. But they are in renovation now and it was packed in both drive through and pick up inside

It's mc Donald's. So it was good food. However they were renovating at the time and got greedy. Half Moon he store is shut and it's very loud and very claustrophobic. We waited 40min for food.

Burnt every breakfast burger ordered to the point it was hard to bite through! Will not go back here again.

Wounld be nice to get the right food service is bad I tried in shop and uder eats always the wrong food and food missing not good and ask for a funded but always end in argument don't use them to much in talking to there co workers and staff with no unform on in kicthen saying hi not good guys get you're act together when you pay for a meal always cheak it in front of them do not walk away do not do uder eats with these guy very fast take you're money but you never get what you pay for and it's not the uder driver

Absolute disgrace! The manager on today 13/1/23 4.10pm was rude, waited over 15mins in drive through for food to be thrown in a bag.when confronted she told me to go back to my car and wait, then smiled and gave me the thumbs up. Cant you get decent staff here! Wish I could share pics of how the food looked, they will go to head office

Terrible burger.
One kid's meal missing a toy.one very upset toddler.
No Coke products on tap, took Sprite as a substitute and it was literally water - no flavour added!
Worst McDonalds experience ever, and even after providing feedback and asking for a response, months later, still nothing.

Very disappoint for their service quality
Because they make an order need more than 20minutes waiting and the food drink make wrong

Very good service and well laid out Parking for a welcoming change
The food was fresh and the coffee was spit on also

Alex delivered excellent customer service during a 3am maccas run - crispest nuggets I've had in a while

Rude staff - manager couldn’t care less leaving spilt coffee on the floor and still serving. Dirty and won’t change as nobody cares anymore.

Bloody shocking. Went through the drive thru ordered large caramel iced latte, had to go to the waiting bay, I got a hot coffee the server had already disappeared so went inside it seemed to be busy but in total chaos. After talking twice to the young female at the till and to the lady making the drinks and another 5 minutes I finally got my order. Not worth the wait. I won't go back there again.

I've gone here quite a few times over the years when working in the area. They always seem to have their sh! T together; everytime. You might not get a genuine smile or interaction (when you collect your grub) but these dudes do it with a surgeons accuracy on a green mile time line.

As expected. Gets really busy most days and quality and speed suffers a bit (which again, is as expected).

Lol you can tell that the staff don't want to be there and don't give two hoots about customers orders.

Melted icecreams because they been sitting around for too long before being given to customers and most of the staff are only interested in standing around talking than actually working.

All of this is comes with a complimentary eye roll.

Do better.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and a toastie just to find out they gave them to someone else, then got given a cold toastie. Ridiculous

Maddington was disgusting an extremely disappointing got the big mc chicken so disappointing over sauced I tried to bite into and it fall apart.sorry no picture

The amount of time waiting for a simple order is terrible.you gotta train your crews on how to pack simple orders on time.

No drinks was given in my daughter’s meal I didn’t wanna drive all the way back and ask as I didn’t notice they didn’t give me a drink
