They have a reputation of stuffing up your order.
I strongly suggest avoiding this store in favour of Joondalup.
I had to wait for my order for nearly ten minutes. When I approached the counter my order was sitting there with noone calling out the number. Plus they got my order wrong twice!
An awesome place to go eat! Friendly Staff, Good customer service and very clean! I would suggest that you come here for occasional meals
Bun was dry and probably yesterday's bread and the fries I had to take back as they were too cold to eat. Very poor food.
Every time I go there I have to wait in a waiting bay. Food is good. But forgot kids toys in happy meals.
Very friendly helpful staff! Clean and tidy! Really enjoyed having breakfast here! Beldon Maccas have come a long way from 10 years ago where one star would have been generous. Well done
It is soo up and down, occasionally you will get great service but usually not. 2 out of the last 3 times I got the wrong burger.
My coffee was for DINE IN and it was served in Plastic cup. They had many mugs available sitting on top of the coffee machine.
I had no problems ordering my food at drive through with no waiting time between paying and my food was ready for me before I got to the service window by a lovely lady with a smile ready to put the food out. The food tasted great to what I was expecting.
Just disappointment after disappointment here. Attempted to buy food only to be told that the system is down. Apparently couldn't take cash either.
Below average store for a 24hour. Dont employ staff who dont want to be there or at least tell them to make decent burgers during their shift.its their job, take some pride; its not that hard; if they dont like it.get another job somewhere else, that simple. Keep your customers happy, everyone one loves a good maccas burger and its not hard to make one!
Chicken covers about half the bun with a sad looking tomato. Tastes alright, but worth about half the price.
Waited nearly an hour for 2 bacon and egg McMuffin meals. They always miss out food. This place is an absolute disgrace
