Fresh however a lot of problems like hair in the burger, dirty greasy maccas cups - refunded the drinks and burger including stale chips and swapped for large chips.

This McDonald's needs to be closed down two days ago I bought a big Mac meal with a cheese burger at 10: 30 at night. After eating the meal I started to get serious heart burn with a fishy taste. I was in pain all night. Then I woke up in the morning Vomiting it all out. Stay away from mc Donald's Beldon

Orders right 60% of the time. They only 3/4 fill drinks and sundaes.
Typical unacceptable Australian standards.

Coffee was scalding hot. Hot Cross buns squashed flat, no knife to spread the butter, no serviettes. Side of drinks machine in drive through was filthy. Would give minus stars if available.

Efficient & helpful staff. Clean store and food was fresh. Good play area for the little ones

Some times good sometimes they're bad but they always forget tissues and sauces whenever ive ordered and drive through is slow. Bunch of sick c3nts that work there honestly always talking about doing drugs whenever they think customers arent listening lolol

The chips are always old. I don't know why. Busy or quiet, the chips are always old. Surely someone gets fresh chips. But not me. They even made me sit in the waiting bay while they allegedly cooked fresh chips. Then they brought me tepid, dry, hard chips.

I uploaded a photo of what your cakes look like when your staff (inc.managers) shove them in a bag! Not very appetizing is it? I cannot count how many times i have shown & explained this prob to them! The male mngr gets it.he said they've been told not to put them in bags because of this lack of quality in bags. Then tonight your female mngr denied this & said "head office" had told them to put them in bags because there are no "cafe cake boxes" anymore. To that i say and have asked many many many times, why not use a burger box instead. This manager gave me nothing but a bad attitude with bad manners.

Much better than Duncraig the drive though service is very quick tbey always seem to have staff there.

Orders always wrong and cold always have to go back 2-3 times then they are rude when you call absolutely AVOID i live over the road and i am now legit travelling just to get decent food

Honestly this place is a joke managers are disrespectful and just completely ignorant of the hour long wait I've just had for my food I called twice waiting for my uber order and nothing is a complete waste of time ordering from this place, if the manager is reading this contact me to resolve this issue as this is completely unacceptable.

Worst branch north side! Been there 3 nights in a row and there only excuse so don't serve anyone is that they're updating the system!

Just got my food through Uber. Not happy cuz had to wait an hour before I got it and the food was cold.

Getting pretty tired of complaining and there being no change. Today we got our order and one of the butters was open and leaked all through the food, hotcakes squashed and my mcmuffin wasnt even wrapped properly and thrown in. The management response about complaints is up and down. Its really one of the worst Maccas in Perth and A quick search of fb will clarify and confirm that.

Went into the store because I was owed a burger and the manager assured me that it was a double so i didn't check it myself so i get home and yet again just a normal big mac she said to bring it back but my mrs has taken the car ti go to work so i can't get back down there so check before you leave because the store is full of idiots that dont do their job

Bad service! We paid for choc sundaes and they forgot to give us them even though we paid for them. I go into the store to pick them up! They were rude, not apologetic and expect me to take two sundaes without holders and drive! The chips were soggy and uncooked! I will report to the management! Disgusting

Used to be a 5 star McDonald s. We usually go there each week after work finishes at midnight but lately the food has been over cooked, dry and the service not so great. Not sure what happened lately but maybe we won't be going there again for quite awhile.

Got an Mc flurry, it was ok but the storms at HJ's are WAYYYY Better and much bigger in size while costing about $1.00 less! Still McDonalds was 24/7 at this place so that was good!

What is going on with Maccas, took 10 minutes to get my drive through order! The last 5 time I've had to park. Come on get it together. Time to give it up.

Has the best MacDonald staff in the area. Crew is always happy, smiling and friendly. Keep up the good work.
