Quality & service here is gamble for what you'll get, slowly it's just getting worse & worse. Half filled drinks, missing ingredients or just a completely different item.

Absolutely garbage, the poor kids working they have been trained very badly or they are not interested. From paying with cash and seeing the teenager nearly have a melt down as they couldn't figure the change out, too not filling chips or drinks up and incorrect burgers all in the same transaction. 2 weeks later went with the kids again only go be let down again. Very bad service, very average food but there was a really nice young man day manager that helped out.

Terrible service absolutely shocking had to wait 20 mins just for someone to ask for my order not pleasant whatsoever the computer service was a complete let down on its own aswell and most workers were just walking around like there lost, to sum this up it was appalling.

Always have original Diet Coke which is awesome. Hate Coke Zero and Coke No Sugar. Food is good. Coffee is amazing!:)

I have order Mac spicy chicken meal but the chicken patty is not fresh and I say to manage that is it eatable and she say don’t worries I make it again with fresh patty and say wait for 5 minutes but I wait there for 30 minutes still my burger is not ready after all I say again to manage and she ignore me that is good service of McDonald’s.important part is on that time there is 3 managers and McDonald’s is not busy and this is hell service of McDonald’s.

I got food twice from here and both times got two fries and they were all in bag didn’t look like it was two fries. Plus staff working here got my order wrong and when it was pick up time second time I told them and they just fixed it but didn’t do any refund as it varies in prices.

Need to check your juice expiry date and put it in the fridge and not in the heat, nearly throw up from the juice thanks maccas Beldon!

This store in particular is pretty bad cant seem to ever get an order right, slow service and unprofessional staff. Last night I spent 10 mins waiting for a large coke zero an order I thought was so simple it couldn't be messed up. 10 minutes I waited, for a large drink which turned out to be coke not coke zero at this point I cbf going back and just binned the whole drink. Wont go back

Been there 2 mornings over the last 2 months, Please for the love of god check your orange juice expiry dates. Both times have tasted extreamly sour. Thought it was a one of so didn't complain but this is twice now.

DISGUSTING! The manager Michael was so rude he called me fat when I tried to get a refund because the Ice cream machine was broken. Not to mention his whole uniform shirt was soaked in sweat and smelled like dirty socks! Eventually after a few excuses he finally gave me the refund.

Only due to location I use McDonald’s Belridge
Complained so many times and nothing changes
Asked for no egg shell in my
bacon and egg this morning
got that and more
Dried bacon, burnt and cold.
Hot cakes were cold and stale and hard.
Hash browns were cold and dark and hard.
Rang phone number no answer
Wonder why?

Well don’t Jindalee McDonald’s
you might be 30 minutes away from heathridge but well worth the drive
Might want to train the staff and MANAGER
at Beldon they have no idea!

This McDonald's consistently manages to mess up my order. Ordered a BMac and got someone else's BMac without 1/2 the ingredients. Furthermore, the chips given as 9/10 old and not crispy.

I avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

Ordered large coffee frappe, it was not even half and i asked the manager is it large coffee frappe? And he said yes, thats totally ripping off, hope the store manager check and talk to that manager, it was on 30/11/2021 at 11: 55 Am

The manager was disgusting. Heard him verbally abusing staff! I think the managers name is Michael

Easy to use Self Service.
Always clean restaurant area and have table delivery service
Toilets are always clean

Asked for a double Mcchicken, only got a single and was charged the full price. Not surprised though, this is one of the most pathetic Mcdonalds in the whole city.

They always manage to screw something up, I know they don't care about bad reviews obviously, they are down to 3.5 stars now lol

Just got Uber eats of two seperate meals. Chips were both freezing cold, both cokes were half full with no ice, stale cheese burger, payed for extra bbq sauce on one of the burgers and didn’t get it. Waste of money and a meal.

Understandable due to social distancing that only every second table could be used, which was sufficient for the number of people in the store, but we had to ask 3 different staff members to wipe down our table. Hot cakes "pancakes" unfortunately were not served hot enough to remain warm to the finish, the butter whip a little cold for even spreading, coffee average BUT lass behind the cash register was very friendly and efficient, she was the one who wiped the table down when she delivered our order.
