McDonald's Beldon

Poor customer service did not get my McFlurry delivered to table 71 as requested on the MyMacca’s app I think her name was Bella not too sure though!

I stand there but there’s a lot of employees nobody even pays attention to me that’s weird

We're doing a system updated Uber orders were still coming through wasn't happy I'm sure the customer wasn't either

This is the third time they forgot an item in the order. I ordered pancake and they forgot the butter and the syrup. How can i enjoy my pancake?
You guys always forget the sauces….

Bit worrying that they were still happily serving food really!

Ordered chips and an apple pie (plus 2 happy meals) get home and no apple pie and chips are cold.not the first time we have got home with missing items!

Used this place for years. This morning 10.20 am the girl deliberately tried to rip me off with my change. When she saw me checking it and I realised it was wrong and said it was wrong she said at the same time she knew she owed me more. Her timing was such that she knew she had been caught out. Then she claimed she couldnt pay me back because she couldnt open the til.
Then she claimed she had pointed out she had got it wrong which she hadnt before I said anything. So a lie on top of theft.
You can be sure that had I pulled forward without checking the change nothing would have been said.
Funny how when I refused to move my dual cab ute she was able to access the drawer and give me change. When I said I was posting this review her demeanour changed completely. Red faced and furtive. Cmon Beldon Maccas, up your game.
Nb if the wrong change had been an accident the timing and wording of her response would have been different. You know how you show people the money they've just given you and they have to think it through?
For someone that rarely checks change i wonder if this has happened before at this branch?

Probably one of the better maccas in perth.staff gave a hand written note when something was out of stock and substituted it.pretty consistently quick, and the staff are great:)

Only giving one star as I can’t give you zero. Seriously incompetent staff. Consistently getting orders wrong and am starting to think it is on purpose.

I ordered three mcflurries from the in store kiosk, waited twenty minutes. Nothing, asked at the counter, got a confused look and asked if I had paid, I showed my credit card charge. Then I got three inconsistent mcflurries, one looked normal the other two were really low on the soft server. No apology for the wait or mix up. Really disappointing.
They were busy but it seemed priority was given to uber orders while in store customers were neglected.

Absolute rubbish.
My husband's burger had a lettuce heart in it, packed with Mayo and a stale bun.

Toasties were disgusting and they didn’t even give us all the food and we payed so much money. Worst maccas ever

Just don't have the Filet o Fish. Ours was stale & hard. Probably been around for a while.

Four out of five orders incorrect. The worst one was when we ordered happy meal nuggets and the nugget box was filled with grape tomatoes. That was the entirety of the happy meal box.

I am very disappointed after ordering from McDonalds Beldon tonight. Im working late tonight and not at home yet, so my husband placed a delivery order via Menulog for our family dinner tonight.

And our food arrived without all the drinks and the 2 bonus glasses (bonus for ordering 2 set meal of Quarter pounder menu as per the current promo).

My husband rang the store. He was only been told by the staff that its not theie fault and the delivery driver was the one who messed up as they forgotten to pick up the other pack. There is no apologise, only blaming game. The solution they offered was for my husband to come and pick up the items instore. We cant do that as we do not have car to go and pick up as I have the car with me at work.
My husband has no choice but to try to ask Menulog for remedy and we still waiting for it, but we are extremely dissappointed with the unprofessionalism of McDonalds Beldon which ruins our trust to order anything from this store. When the driver come and pick up, its expected for the staff members to ensure all order were taken. Sometimes for hygiene purposes, drivers couldnt be blamed if they didnt open each bags to check all food or item. Its the restaurant the one to blame for incidents like this!

Extremely dissappointed and will never buy from here ever again.

I went to order 3 bacon and egg mcmuffins and when i left i checked the bag and all had the correct wrapping, when i got home i opened mine and i had a cheeseburger! Very upset as i was looking forward for a nice mcmuffin

Drive though, 10min later at home, fries and burgers were soggy and tasteless. Have they forgotten to put sauces and seasoning?

A regular customer until now, asked to park while food prepped and forgotten 2 mornings in a row, multiple other cars served first, ended up with cold coffee by time I got home and only half full cup. Service has slipped on the morning shift, will be getting breakfast coffee at Hungry Jack's in future and definitely will never park again when asked

Stood in store. No queue. Waited 10 minutes whilst they served the drive through. Was not even acknowledged. Left and went to HJ's next door.

This might possibly be the best McDonald's in the northern suburbs.

Unlike other McDonald's that have a long wait time, milky coffee, burnt buns and can't take an order properly this McDonald's is on point!

Tell them your order and they get it right the first time.

Coffee is always great and the muffins are never burnt.
