McDonald's Beeliar Village reviews
70I went to get my usual free coffee through mymacca’s app, as I buy so many large syrup and extra shot coffees.these guys told me I can only get a small coffee with nothing extra. The girl at drive thru was very rude and had a very unhelpful attitude. I explained that I always buy large coffees and always get regular coffees through Cockburn and she plainly said no that the app says a small.but it does not actually say anything about a small. They said I couldn’t even get almond milk.but I can’t drink dairy. Very fkn rude place and non helpful toward customers! Do not go!
Terrible service. My order came completely wrong. One of them I could check it on time and change it. But the other one I just really when I get home.
I like this place because its really fast service the only reason l gave it one less star is because there is a tiny play groind that my kids keep complaning about
Vin and Oli's (South Terrace, Fremantle) 'cheese burger spring rolls taste more like a cheese burger, than your cheese burgers.
Please explain. Better yet, please improve. Xoxo
I probably should have written this review ages ago, but never too late. This Maca's is always consistent with the quality, fast service and friendly staff. Their fries never disappoint and food is always fresh.
This McDonalds is just on 5 yrs old, as it opened just after I moved to the area. It is the best McDonalds around, possibly IN THE WORLD. The McDonald’s standard is upheld every time here and the staff are all polite and helpful
Couldn't organise a pss up in a brewery. Can't count the amount of times they get an order wrong!
Consistently undercooking the fries, one of the best things about Macca's. Since the friers use a timer and they know the fries are supposed to be fried for 3 minutes, it's insulting to customers who deserve better. Coffee often over-roasted and bitter or not hot enough, or both. Rarely is their coffee above average, which many Macca's can usually achieve. Despite these travesties, service is usually quick and burgers usually meet the standard. That is, when they get your order right, which often doesn't happen. And they give you zero confidence that they've got your order right when they don't repeat it when handing ot to you. That drives me nuts, as it's fundamental. In a nutshell, this McDonald's has completely gone to the dogs over the past year or so.
If we go to Mac Donald's now this is the one we go to. It's nice, it's new. The kids playroom is inside and not susceptible to weather conditions like some of the older ones in our area. And it's never too busy.
