McDonald's Beeliar Village

Thought i came to the Philippines, full of filipino staff, they are professionals and treat you well.food is good too of course

Unfair to do a critique on this shop. Only went in for a coffee as other shop at Beeliar was closed. Coffee was ordinary.

Burgers were slapped together poorly, after I ordered they continued to pester me to order other items even though I clearly said multiple times thatas all I wanted. The coke syrup to soda water ratio was good though

Your staff need to learn English, EXTRA onions doesn't mean NO onions, chips need salt too.
I won't return until robots replace your useless human staff. AVOID!

Served by a very happy young girl on Cristmas Eve when they were extremely busy, best service I'd had all day was which was good to see:)

So far everything I've been there they have stuffed my order up. Why bother using the screens if the aren't going to give you what you asked for

Drive Thru -They get my order wrong 8 out of 10 times, I even ordered from this Maccas on Uber Eats and they still get the order wrong! Bad!

Ordered two cheeseburgers on their own and one cheeseburger meal.received just one cheeseburger on it own and the McDonald’s staff member made me go through the drive through again for the second cheeseburger when it was their mistake

Most are wearing gloves, but one supervisor had gloves and was mopping sweat from her brow with a cloth she then put down on the work bench, she then proceeded to remove the lid from her own personal drinking cup, whilst wearing the same gloves. Luckily she didn't touch my drinks.

For me Gateways is a little bit further away but still a better option. And then Phoenix would be the next safest option. On the off chance I must go here, I have to check my order every single time (aswell as ask them to read my order back at the speaker). The food is hit and miss too, but that's just Maccas. So if you must go, all I can say is always check your order or go to HJs which is just across the street.

This Mc Donald's would be the best in Perth, we have never had a bad meal here, we grab breakfast before going on the boat and it's always fresh hot and tasty, they dont stuff up yr order and staff are always friendly.

Not impressed, lost my order, slow to pick up, no small compensation for hiccup won't be coming hete again!

Again, the large flat white coffee I ordered was barely two thirds full. This is becoming common practice at this McDonald's.

Best Macca's I've ever been in, in my entire life time. Why have a line when you just order from a machine. The best experience from Macca's ever.

The service was slow at the counter more interested in the driveway orders. I was left standing there for an age before someone noticed me.

Well stopped in here on my way home tonight to get a M&M McFlurry I mix worry I did not get a milk rip off I did only half full and I was lucky if I had or ten little mams on the top not worth 5 dollars only giving 1 star as have to give a star

Usually a bit slow if you're inside and making it fresh means the kitchen might blow up for 15 minutes

Drive through ordering is 90% lucky dip. Check order before you drive off. Staff are mostly English as a Second language. So confusion reigns!
