McDonald's Beeliar Village

This place gave me the heart of a lettuce and the last of a tomato this meal not only came with 2 missing medium chips their attitude and service was appalling. I will never come to this Maccas again, now going to hungry jacks Beelair.

Went in store for takeaway. Was clean and tidy. We must have got a fresh batch of fries and we all.commented they were the best fries we'd had at a McDonald's in ages! Also the lovely girl on the counter apologised for the wait and it wasn't even that long.

What was really refreshing was that I didn't hear a post-pubescent 20 year old shift manager power tripping and screeching at the younger workers. Well done

Worst experience I've ever had with any mcdonalds. I went thru drive-thru to get just two large fries, and since I was waiting for the car in front of me to finish ordering, I decided to put my order through mymaccas app. For some reason after paying for my order, the app told me to pick up my order inside the restaurant. But I only ordered fries so I asked the lady on the speaker and their manager if they could just give me my fries because who would want to go inside the restaurant when you literally came to mcdonalds to "drive-thru" for fries? But no, they weren't considerate enough to just give me my fries. So I went inside their restaurant to pick up my already ready two large fries order. What a disappointing management. I used to work at mcdonald's and when we had customers that happen to have the same issue that I just did, we would've just given the two large fries because we don't want to waste our customer's time and it wasn't a large order at the least.

I ordered a iced coffee and someone called Jane made it and it was warm with now ice no flavour and it had a lot coffee grinds on the bottom. I feel like I just wasted my money.

Missing a burger, 3 lots of chips all only half full and cold, asked for toy with happy meal and got book. Very poor.

Disappointed this morning haven’t been to this store in awhile…. 9am my son got 10pc nuggets and strawberry shake.
Nuggets were cold, shake has milk and syrup but it appeared the ice cream was missing so strong he couldn’t drink it
Staff didn’t crack even one smile
Coffee almond milk flat white had chocolate in it?
First time I’ve been disappointed
Maybe staff need a coffee?

A great place for the kids, but concerning about how many mosquitoes were ganging around getting a feed and transferring disease in the middle of the day.

The fries were a mix of fresh and super old. You could tell the fresh because the old ones were dark yellow and hard as rock. Disappointing.

To keep with the consistency of other reviews.this place always AND never gets the order right. The Schrödinger's cat of Maccas. Get in quick this place will be here forever.

Ordered Large double quarter pounder meal and large 10 nuggets meal through uber eats. Both meals delivered with no fries. Tried Uber eats help, it refunded the delivery fee but no option to have the fries I ordered delivered instead, it said to contact the restaurant. Called the restaurant, they offered a reference number to get 2 large fries for free if I drive down to the restaurant, but no option to have them delivered.

Great system, order food delivered and if they mess up you have to drive to the store to pick up the missed items yourself.

My order was all stuffed up and they forgot about my coffee, just so over maccas it happens all the time

This location is great for parking. The lay out inside is a bit strange and I found a 20 minute wait for my coffee was a bit too long.

The customer service was very lack lustre. No skill building going on here. Sorry.: (

My chocolate sundae was literally just liquid in a cup, service was slow and staff were stand-offish.

Semi-decent for a McDonalds. McDonalds in General is still very bad the chips are always soggy and the food is terrible.

Ah my old friend McDonald's, after another double quarter pounder minus pickles add big Mac sauce I once again left a happy customer.

Burgers old not fresh at all. The staff can't hear or they are just stupid as my order was not followed ever

It is surprisingly dark inside this Maccas.

Just not much lettuce on any of our Mac Meals.heaps of sauce though. Way over the yeild amount and less than half of the amount of lettuce. Otherwise absolutely delicious and lovely service friday night around 8: 40pm. I was with my Husband, Son and Daughter. Juniour Mac, Big Mac and whatever the Macs are on the 4: 1 meat patty and bun. (quarter)

We got the family dinner box and all 4 chips were old (dry, and warmish) disapointed as none of the kids ate thier chips because they were yuck! Burgers werent the best tonight either.

We had breakfast after the beach and they messed the order up, it came very late and staff were preoccupied serving more rather than dealing with our order.
