McDonald's Beeliar Village

Staff are so friendly and always nice here. I pop through on my biggest mahi day for a coffee and toastie. Always good coffee and always hot food.

Screwed up my order multiple times now, forgot to give our 12 piece of nuggets and Vanilla Coke was half water and the co2 mixture. Minimal staff at the busiest times.

Can get busy at certain times of day order has been messed once or twice in the past but overall not too bad

My wife came in earlier tonight and had to come back around because she had to transfer money and got asked to park.

Not sure what happened but a lady came out by the name of “Dee”.

My wife said that she was so polite and caring and was really nice and apologetic about the whole situation and made her night. Greatly appreciated Dee!

Cheeseburger only cheese and meet and I always get some pickles or onions or sauce but why?

Had a quick bite here tonight with the wife and mother.

The service was good, food was okay but nothing to write home about.

I ordered a Big Mac, my wife and mother had the crispy chicken burger with fries, they said the burgers were hot, but the chips were cold.

We finished the meal with a couple of hot apple pies.

The total bill for dinner came to $35, which isn’t too bad for 3 people.

Overall for McDonald’s fast food t was okay.

It’s dinner time yeah? I order a spicy burger meal.the chicken in the burger is that hard it is inedible, the lettuce is brown and it’s cold.chips not much better.usually the food is good here but tonight I wouldn’t give the food 1 star

Great deals, keep ordering free food from the app. Noone ever checks, you can give them a 4 digit number for free food.
Keep up the good work maccas. I am loving it. Visited 4 times on my lunch breaks. See you soon for some more free food.
Normally take the drive thru so I can get back to work quickly but ventured inside a couple of times to use the washroom. Inside seemed very clean and happy.

The staff are horrible those working drive thru 29/05/23 8: 15am were so rude got my order wrong and this boy had a big sass on him control these entitled brats absolutely apualed at the customer service

After waiting over 20 minutes to get cold food, Diana the manager was very dismissive and rude. I wish I could give zero stars right now.

I had came through drive through and was greeted with a warm smile and great customer service by a lovely girl named dee she was fantastic

One of the better McDonald’s around for its cleanliness and food normally have a good flavour to it.

Been to a few stores where their food just doesn’t taste right.

One of the best Maccas I've been to. Spotless, fast and great service. They even came over to me and asked if I wanted a free water.

Worst mcdonalds ive ever been to apart from the maddington one how hards it too cook a burger and not be waiting in the parking bay for nearly 20 mins

Good customer service and the tables were very clean and the order was super fast. Keep up the good service guys.

I’m absolutely convinced the staff here can’t read at this point. Every other time I get something from them they mess something up and I’m left wondering why I keep going back. It’s amazing that McDonald’s has built a franchise where their customers will put up with anything. Truly a marvel of our time.

This is the fifth time in a row the server failed to get my order right, from completely ignoring what type of burger I wanted to giving me the completely wrong drink that's not the same size as the meal. My family has had a similar experience (3 incorrect orders). Serious question: Is this a deliberate ploy to get us to use the self-service kiosks? I don't give negative reviews easily, but this is 6+ months of the same problems - the staff either aren't being trained to work the registers, don't care, or management has them under horrible crunch. NOTE the other reviews! They're consistently getting orders wrong and even giving diabetics coke with sugar, it's truly not okay. They did this to me as well, but luckily I'm not going to die from that.

I'll be going to Hungry Jack's from now on, but no hate for the staff.

Otherwise, it's usually clean and the coffee is good. Like I said, I don't give negative reviews easily, but something is wrong here. Wasn't like this a year or so ago.

Great staff, great burgers, only glitch is we live in Wandi, wish you were closer. But you are our go to. Ps, ordering from the app is the best option ever. Punch it in, it gives you a code to quote at the drive thru- EASY AS! Thankyou. Ps if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Staff not very friendly and my ice cream looked like a baby’s serve. Was a half a swirl. Not the standard Size

Tomato cheese and ham toasties are nicer with normal bread not sour dough. Love the coffee drinks
