The staff are professional and friendly also very helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable and cares about their patients. The doctors do a amazing job by getting to the root of the problem no rush job to get through the line of patients. I trust the doctors they have best interest for the patient. The waiting room pleasant, it helps to have a pleasant waiting room while waiting for the doctor.

$81 for Pertussis vaccination only, on 5/1/2018, no consultation at all, because my wife has no medicare, and it is not being informed when we made booking, although we are frequent clients. My pregnant wife was visiting doctor Churchward, as well as my son.
Doctors are good but customer service is really bad. One of them told us: "vaccination is free but it (i guess the injection!?) has to be charged somehow" and she decided it has to be $81 regardless of our claim its too expensive for the service. We asked: " we don't have any other options here? ", she emotionlessly replied: "yes". Best way to chase out customer.
Not recommended for oversea students/ workers and those who don't care about customer service.

The only reason I spend money here is to see my doctor that I trust. I'm wanting to go to a bulk billed doctor now elsewhere because I have been sat here for 50 minutes waiting, I got here on time. Every time I have an appointment, it's always over 30 minutes late. I have important things to do today but now I am going to be very late. Please start picking up the slack because it's unprofessional.

Good doctors and good clinic. Dr. Parola is our gp and I love him. He is very good for my family.
