Landsdale Medical Centre

This place is a complete non sense. My one year old son was bleeding heavily from his mouth. So we went there for first aid as we live next door but the lady on the reception just told us that they are closing in 45 minutes and they won't accept walk in. I won't ever again put my feet there.

All my previous visits have just been fine until I met Dr Nadia few months ago and recently when I visited Dr Ivan. Former isn't sure about the medications almost everytime and is incompetent and the latter is rude and not professional at all. Will surely book another physician next time.

Pretty efficient service when I went. Granted it was the middle of the day, and there weren't many paitents waiting (a slow stream coming in and out)

First visit, and the staff were nice. Waited 9minutes beyond my appt time, which I thought was fine.

Excellent. Such a gem for the community. Great doctors, huge range of services provided, amazing opening hours everyday long hours, and all bulk billed!

Used to be happy with this surgery when Dr Habib was working there but twice I've seen Dr Nadia Mafia, she is the worst doctor I've ever seen, no people skills, both times I've made an appointment and I've had to wait for ages, she should never be a doctor! @

I can not speak highly enough of this practice, due to the fact that they bulk bill unfortunately they are all under extreme pressure and like all doctors there are some time delays but the service I have received for years has always been professional, courteous but most of all very understanding and compassionate - Thank you all is all I can say.

Hopeless service and doesn't deserve to be a medical centre. Waiting for hours and see patients coming after and being served first.

Was told to come at 8: 50pm. It’s 9: 30pm and I’m still waiting to see the doctor. What a rubbish “clinic” with improper management and substandard service. The “clinic” should be shut down.

Bad customer service from reception (both times I've been in) and the doctor I saw was extremely rude leading to me going to another doctor and another practice. The practice was also very untidy.

Sympathy, friendliness, empathy are not found in this place. Worse experience an unwell person can experience. Avoid at all cost.

Most of the doctors here are not very good. One in particular male doctor was so rude and didn't listen to my concerns. He was also asking me inappropriate questions unrelated to the health complaint. Been here a few times, the female doctors are better.

Dr. Paul Moein is the rudest most unfriendly and unprofessional Dr I have ever had the mis-fortune of seeing. No 'bed-side' manner at all and totally disrespectful. Is it because I'm a woman? Or is it because he's a nasty person? Or is it because he has no confidence in his ability? This is a great Medical Centre.with SOME great Drs.but not great for long if they keep on employing wannabe's posing as Drs. I feel very insulted and will definitely be lodging an official complaint with the practice manager.

The staff and doctors here are always so nice and friendly when you are feeling bad. I have never had a bad experience coming here. Keep up the good work guys

No genuine interest in the patient's well being. Expect some rude and unwelcoming behaviour from some reception staff, and expect to see many rude doctors. They cannot detect symptoms of few dieseses in early stage and offers mediocre treatments.

Just had to walk out after waiting 1 hour because people who walked in after me were seen first.terrible service and rude. Now they are trying to charge for the missed appointment

Tried to take our 2 year old son to the surgery, arrived at 8.15 only to be turned back! We asked when they closed, they replied 11pm. Stared at us with a blank look, said they were so busy earlier they sent the patients home to come back later, and that's why they would be completely busy till close. Meanwhile there was currently NOBODY in the WHOLE surgery! Went to the chemist next door for about 15min, saw two patients leave in this time and still nobody waiting to see the Doc, second time this has happened in as many visits! Not happy guess we'll be waiting up for an at home GP to come to the house! Not Happy!

Absolute disgusting and rude staff. If the practise is so rigid in rescheduling appointment, they should have informed upfront while making an appointment that there would be a fee of $80 for rescheduling. I tried calling the practice twice before my scheduled time but the number was busy. When i did get in touch it was 15 minutes passed my appointment time.
When I asked where was this $80 thing mentioned, she replied - it's everywhere. High standards of professionalism!

Dr Moayedi Mia, is a very caring and professional and patient woman, when it has come to helping me in regards to mental health.
I am very fortunate to have found myself a doctor, such as herself.
