This is a medical centre with great staff always have a smile for you. Doctor's are always fast and very very efficient, always getting thorough with checking on the patient. Not just in it for the money these doctors honestly have understanding, compassion and best of all morals

Great dr very efficient, he knows a lot and to be in my appointment for 45 minutes is awesome.

Found the service to be very helpful. Doctor was easy to speak with which makes my conversation with him very easy and pleasant.

Attend with mum as a new patient, front desk staff very welcoming/informative and friendly.

GP’s really don’t care about you here and they also don’t know anything; googling for answers they should know right in front of you!

Receptionists are not friendly at all. We hardly have a good experience when going to this medical centre. Probably will move to another centre close by.

Making you to go to pharmacy next door to buy mask for $2 is just so poor
receptionist was terrible but doctor Ahmed was quite good

Easy place to find, heaps of parking. Inside is spacious with two large TV' s either end of waiting area. Receptionists are very friendly and professional. A good experience.

I have been coming to this practice for 2 years and have seen several doctors there who are all actually really lovely and very knowledgeable. James Collett is our main GP and yes of course he is awesome. Always ready to listen to my concerns and is always trying to find ways to get me better. Thats what I call 10/10 in a GP. Had a small issue a year ago with accounts and reception staff. Yes sometimes they are a bit rude but not any different from other medical centres. The practice manager went way and beyond to help me and sort out the problem which meant a big deal to me she is helpful but difficult to find.yes there are some reviews here that are unfavourable, but this is a busy practice and people give them a break as they are sometimes very under pressure. You basically get what you give back. So treat them with respect and they will do the same.

Was billed for booking the wrong type of appointment.when we called them and told them what we needed and they booked the appointment for us. This has been my local doctor surgery for years.has gone downhill fast will be finding a new doctor! PS The reception team won’t let you in if you’re not wearing a mask but the doctors are constantly coming out of their consulting rooms not wearing a bloody mask!
