Appalling service, i was made to drive at 7 in the morning a long drive only to be told sorry we can't do anything to help you.

Terrible reception staff with no brain and no common sense. Refusing patients with UTI because of fever. The combination of the two means it is very serious. Check your facts or go check with the doctor before making a decision you should not be authorized to make! We went to St John urgent care who started treatment ASAP.

Great clinic and lovely staff, always willing to help out. Thanks to Dr Hussain for his help and to Amanda for always willing to help me and my family. Thanks Landsdale medical.

Landsdale has really great Doctors. I Highly recommend Dr. Paul Moein & Dr. Ida Moayedi. They are both very knowledgeable, caring and fantastic.

Great practice and friendly staff. I see Dr Hussain and he is a great physician. He is caring and takes time to listen to the concerns and is quick on the outcome. He would organise necessary test for the best health outcome. Very good with the follow up and my experience have been very satisfactory. Really good doctor.

The reception staff are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. That's a shame I never back to that medical center

DR ABBAS HUSSAIN IS VERY GOOD DOCTOR, VERY POLITE, INTELLIGENT, AND EXCELLENT WITH SICK CHILDREN, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Went in for second Covid Vax. Staff greeted me with a smile and I had a 5 mins wait before a quick jab with a friendly nurse. Dr Collett even stuck his head in to say hi. In and out in around 20 mins. Not bad considering the mayhem at the large vax centres.

I was very ill and in a lot of pain, it was just after 8pm when I walked in. There were 2 people waiting in the area and the receptionist was not really enthusiastic about my presence. I asked her if she will accept walk ins and she flatly said no we can't take walk ins at this time. I told her I needed antibiotics and just a quick script for an infection I came down with. She could clearly see i was in pain. She still shook her head and said come back tomorrow. I told her thanks anyway, ended up going to after hours emergency department just to get antibiotics. On their website it says they closed at 11pm and accept walk in. I was a little hurt by her lack of empathy or interest in appropriate customer service, or even to atleast Greet me with a smile and a hello. I understand that primary health care can be busy, but if we just slow down, breath and remember to be there for one another. It would be such a better place.

Doctors there just want to fob you off as quick as they can. Not ready to listen to the problem you have. All they say is go take paracetamol to whatever you're in for. I can't afford to go private doctor and i know they do this on purpose to get through all patients and go home. Bloody useless. Everytime i come there when i have problem all i get is rest and take paracetamol.

Has always been a good clinic to use for walk-ins.

The old woman at the reception is the most unprofessional and rude person I ever had to encounter at any reception anywhere! Not just to me, but I have sat there waiting and heard her talking to people in the most appalling way. I only gave 2 stars because Drs Romney Gour and Nadia Mafi who I have seen a fair few times are excellent Drs, they listen, they care and they treated me with respect.

Try calling and constantly engaged then they send a bill for missed appointment - try to call to rectify and still the number doesn’t work.

Very no professional only waste your time, when I see the doctor Nedia Mafi after told her my problem and I was asking referral for dermatology but she said don't need referral to see dermatology and totally just have little conversation about 3 minutes.
So after came back home I called dermatology they told me if has referral can get medicare rebate so phoned back this medical center asked the referral and the doctor can't say any reason why can't give to me, just let me make another appointment, was very incredible, they just want to make money and help nothing!

Can sometimes be waiting for quite a while but not bad overall. Dr Ivan Lau in particular is amazing, glad he’s back and hope he stays!

I must say my first visit to the centre was very good the reception staff are very professional. My doctor Dr Najia Adnan was extremely professional very caring making me feel very comfortable and happy I have a new clinic Since my move into the area. I look forward to a long history with this clinic

Disgusted how I got an $80 fine for not attending an appointment and they don't even send an appointment reminder. I havnt been to see my doctor just in case I forget to show up

This place is great, sometimes you may have to wait but its the same everywhere you go, the doctors have always been professional and i would recommend this place to anyone!

I love how all the bad reviews are from people thinking they have 'more rights' over others who have made appointments or have done a "walk in" far before they got there. Just because you think your situation is worse than someone else's doesn't make it so, just because you think it will only be 5minutes with the dr.doesn't make it so amd if it did don't you think every man and his dog would be there trying to pull the same stunt, trying to push in infront of everyone else!
The dr.can only see so many people during their working hours and if you can't get in or be seen then go somewhere else or if you think you are actually that bad go to the friggen hospital!
People need to learn there others in the world besides them and that the world doesn't revolve around them!

Pity you can't give a -1 for this practice. 3 years ago this place was bad. And in desperation I had to attend this practice recently and the same shocking service. The reception staff are rude and have no absolutely no people skills! There are probably only two doctors in the entire place that I would see. Will continue to drive to Darch or Joondalup if I have to instead of going to Landsdale medical.

I've been with landsdale Medical centre for a few years, few doctors i know is really good! BUT the reception is completely not help. I arrived 8: 30AM just need to see doctor quickly my baby under 1 Yo been sick. Reception 3 staffs, said "sorry we are really busy, and doctor only one and doctor said no walk in! And we have 3 patients are waiting and another 3 patients will coming SOON". I can help you maje a booking for 11: 20 am if you want or you can go to Hospital WTF! Really so stupid and have manager for reception? Useless very useless!

I only need 5 mnts and they says CAN NOT. Really where's your management time I feels like I spoken with a robot can not arrange and make priority! Fabulous! Hope the owner read this just remove your front staff and get new, fresh, happy, excellent customer service.

By the way I went and came to that 11: 20 AM appointment. Extremely love with Dr. Ivan Lu service was very quick 3 mnts ONLY. I asked 5 mnt earlier but couldn't get it.

Really, bad customer service and what patients need is not a robot to many robots 1 doctor versus 3 robots (front staff) what for?
