78GP’s really don’t care about you here and they also don’t know anything; googling for answers they should know right in front of you!
Receptionists are not friendly at all. We hardly have a good experience when going to this medical centre. Probably will move to another centre close by.
Making you to go to pharmacy next door to buy mask for $2 is just so poor

Was billed for booking the wrong type of appointment.when we called them and told them what we needed and they booked the appointment for us. This has been my local doctor surgery for years.has gone downhill fast will be finding a new doctor! PS The reception team won’t let you in if you’re not wearing a mask but the doctors are constantly coming out of their consulting rooms not wearing a bloody mask!
The reception manager is very rude, treats her staff disrespectfully and not at all nice in front of patients. I'll never go back there. Drs are judgemental and pushy. Worst surgery.
Came in with really bad back pain, nerve pain and headaches. Saw dr Hussein and he sent me away saying it was posture related, to just have anti inflammatorys. He wasn’t at all concerned and seemed really disinterested. Went to see someone else for a second opinion and they actually X-rayed my back. Turns out I have osteoarthritis and if I didn’t get a second opinion or know about it, I wouldn’t know ways to help slow down the progression of it and ease pain.
Very poor service, refused to get a COVID vaccine exemption processed for us despite having a legal right to the exemption. We moved to another GP who is more willing to assist people. I suggest no one goes here!
I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve had the worst experiences at these doctors and will never go back there!
Most pathetic GP clinic I have ever experienced. First of all taking hours to respond to a call, and being very rude and uninterested when answering. I saw doctor Hussein for a refferal, when he just told me to take anti inflammatory medication. Will never go back, do not waste your time with this poor service
Well. 0 stars in not possible. Spent 40 mins trying to call reception to cancel an appointment as I was sick with flu like symptoms. Ended up having to drive in there whilst I was still on the phone. The reception phone was ringing and when she said “how can I help you” I said “ you can get the phone if you like before serving me” she said “no it’s ok”. I then proceeded to show her my phone and that it’s me calling for 40 minutes. And I need to cancel a 1pm appointment. Clearly they deliberately do not pick up phone calls for whatever reason. The worst doctors surgery reception I’ve ever dealt with. No excuse for letting phones ring out when your not even busy. I truly hate this place
Receptionists ain’t trained enough, they give wrong information. Their GPs’ are lazy, not willing to help patient. What their doctors think? Getting money without working? They are wasting our Medicare money … I really don’t understand why GPs’ ain’t trained enough to be in this position…. I think being a doctor, should be liable enough to practice within expected standards. Otherwise, just train till you get it
There are some good dr's there but the service and the reciptionist are the worse in answering calling and dealing with patients
Horrible reception staff. Constantly on their phones or chatting among each other rather than helping patients.
Dr Yaneez is absolutely fantastic and the only reason I go here. He is wonderful with mental health for both myself and my partner.
Edit 10 months later: If I want to call them it takes over 5 calls to actually get anywhere without being "line busy" kicked. (Record was 37 calls before it actually RANG). They are constantly over an hour late, and have horrible patient communication.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Because of their poor knowlage my father almost colapsed. They doesnt know how to read test results saying everything good when not. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH SLOW UNPROFESSIONAL "doctors"
How long does it take for them to answer the phone, tried well over 5 times no answer, previously also booked online appointment rocked up and it said there was nothing in there system, ps the receptionist Lowkey grumpy
The receptionist was very rude and practically cut me off. I received a recall when I knew I had no results outstanding so I called to check and I was told there was nothing outstanding except that a cervical screening that was due on Nov 9. I pointed out that I never received a recall then as the last one I received is dated June. She went on to say the recalls are machine generated so it was not the Doctor’s fault or the reception’s fault. I explained to her that they cannot separate themselves from their systems because they all make up the practice. Her tone changed and she said, “Well, we cannot go into each patient’s file and send messages” I then said that’s not what I meant but that if their system in not working properly they too are at fault and she abruptly said, “Bye Beulah, have a good day” and hung up on me. Seriously! What happened to service and being courteous? Was it so hard to apologise that the system had a glitch and even offer to book me in? Unbelievable!
Trying to get a medical signed off by my Dr for a new job. Had an appointment (that I paid for) only to be told I had to wait for the manager to sign and was told I'd have to pay for it. Have now called 4 times as I was told it would be done today and now have been told the manager has gone home! Went to the CBD location to get one part signed off and the Dr did it at the appointment with no charge. Needed this completed today and was told it would be done today. Beyond frustrated. Didn't even question the charge for the useless appointment I had either. Have given them 4 opportunities to have this done. What a joke.
I had the worst experience of my life today with Dr Ida Moayedi, i went to get a simple form that i needed for a huet course completed, and was told that she cannot help as she has no time to complete max 8 simple questions. She said i need to have my own GP even though all my medical records are on their system. She made me feel like i'm not worth her time and i need to pay extra like Medicare is not enough for them. We are just a number to them, and they do not care about their patients.it s all about the money. I recommend finding another place to go. Don't waste your time with them.
My partner has had mutliple issues with this place. He recently booked a phone appointment for them to not call him at all. They wont update his number even though hes asked them to do so multiple times. Waste of time and would not recommend ️
Appalling service, i was made to drive at 7 in the morning a long drive only to be told sorry we can't do anything to help you.
