Good location for camping water sports and 4x4 also only 1.5hr from perth so it's good for a day trip

Awesome spot for the whole family. Fresh water watersports, excellent camp grounds and great staff. Highly recommend.

4 nights here in our camper trailer with 2 kids was a pleasure sites are very generous in size, we just had a bit of a slope to deal with, no big deal. Amenities are varied in quality, discovered a much new, cleaner set of toilets and showers towards the entrance, camp kitchen was usable and clean.
The small shop and cafe are above usual standards but the thing that really made this place great were the staff, happy, helpful and engaging.

Another one of the Perth's Dam's that your allowed to camp at. Has long drop toilets clean and byo dunny roll. Basic camping with toilets. Amounts the jarrah and marri.

Facilities are basic, but clean and well maintained.
Only complaint would be the kitchen knives aren't sharp enough if you plan on doing much, will be bringing my own next time, but that's the only thing really.

Great facilities. We bushed camped for 2 days in the tent only site. The spaces are well defined and well laid out. There is a drop toilet and BBQ area in the area. I think a small solar light on the toilets would go a long way! We popped into the reception/cafe to get info on the area and they had all the info needed. I’ll be returning, just in a season without bloody marsh flies

Nice scenery. Clean toilets and shower block. The cafe was handy and did colouring in comps for the kids.

Lovley spot, great for families. Easy walk/bike trails, boating, skiing, fishing. Just the noise of a blower or something going all afternoon and when that finally stopped our camp neighbour startes up the generator - please consider using solar power for the sake of other campers.

Great spot for a overnight stay and a BBQ. Kid friendly plenty of toilets and picnic tables around the park and Harvey Town is not too far for supplies.

Very nice friendly park and excellent coffee. The abolition block near us needs a serious refurbishing as it was always very wet, water leaking 24hrs around the clock

Great place to stay for a holiday, has a kiosk, waterskiing, launch ramp, bush camping, close to tracks & trails.

Big sites spread amongst large trees. Variety of camping from tebts to onsite. Lake is close. Good for groups. Camp kitchens are large and well equipped. Shop makes good coffee, has basics and cooks up tasty food during the day. Byo own meat and salad for bbq. Day trips worth it.

The bogan is alive and well.
Nice water ruined by the serenity of 2 stroke outboards and Eminem blasting from wakeboard boats. Not a fun place for swimming unless you like bogans on jet skis

Great place for a weekend getaway from Perth. Only 1.5 hours drive from the city. Cafe and shop have a bit of everything including kids entertainment. Food was good - we tested out the pizzas, and price okay. Campsite is well laid out and the toilets and showers I used were cleaned regularly and in good working order. Camp Kitchen was big enough for large groups and most campers seemed to have their own BBQ's. Would recommend to friends and family. Brilliant that it is a dog friendly too.

Bush setting, enjoyed swimming in Dam / Lake, walking & exploring area.

Long drop toilet's keeping bush free of random toilet paper.
Skip style rubbish bins seem to also be utilised well.

I just cannot believe the colour of the water, it's just like the tropical ocean. Beautiful birds watching too.

Beautiful place great Cafe and camping areas. Our first night was perfect second night ruined by a bunch of noisy campers rights near us till 2am in the morning. But will return these campers showed little respect for others.

Great place to chill out and relax. The lake is awesome for water sports or just cooling off. Awesome place with fantastic hosts and excellent service.
Only minor issue was the double bed in our cabin. Both my wife and I woke up stiff and sore from the mattress. The kids bunk beds were fine. We are looking forward to the next trip there but will be taking a mattress topper with us.

Loved it! It was our second time there and definitely not the last. Great secure camping spot overlooking the beautiful lake.
