KFC Subiaco

This restaurant has consistently slow service, they make you wait in line for ages and then after that wait you wait even longer for your order to be delivered. I have walked out of here on previous occasions when the service was just too slow. This coupled with the fact the restaurant is often filthy make this a bad choice to bring a family. It is cheap.

Not the best I've had but everything was good there was delays in the ordering and the drive-thru but everything was in the bag so that's good

Hard to communicate! Long waiting time!

We usually have KFC delivered, today we were out and decided to eat in. My husband put our food on the table and due to me being a clutz, as I was unpacking mine it went flying off the table and onto the floor. Went up to buy a new one and was told it was free of charge. This was my own fault and felt terrible. Thank you KFC subiaco for your understanding.

Closes at 10: 00pm. Got to the drive through at 9: 38pm and queued for 10 mins only to be told that there was limited availability, i.e. Chips, nuggets and popcorn. So I ordered and then waited another 8 minutes whilst it was prepared. And there was a queue of 4 card behind me. Won't go again.

Amazing service, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and seem geniune, the food was amazing, slight delay but it was peak hour for lunch and the staff were really nice about it.

Love this KFC!

Rating it 3/5 for its cleanliness. There was literally a pigeon wandering picking at the remnants of its brothers and sisters from the floor. Otherwise, love the chicken salted fries.

Went sunday lunchtime; not.overly clean; minimal staff. Chips and potato nice and hot chicken luke warm. Its just Kfc though so expectations are not high

Pretty good food most of the time and waiting times have gotten better. However, need to invest in a non-automatic door as there is usually a contingent of pidgeons also chowing down inside the store.

Ordered on the app at 9.30 to pick up at basically 9.40, weren't meant to close until 11pm. Arrived at 9.40 to locked doors, now I've paid in advance and can't pick up. Ahh well, HJs next door have a customer now!

Slow even when you book ahead, seems like they just ignore the online orders until you actually mention it to them.

We came through the drive-through and had to wait 5 minutes to be served then we had to wait 20 for our food. Some of our order wasn't even in the bag. Very bad service.

Took over 25 minutes to process 3 cars through the drive through not sure what the service is actually like I gave up waiting.

The line for the restaurant was out the door and by the look of it they only had 3 staff members working at 7pm

These cool cats get their hot and spicy chicken just right. Crispy on the outside and super soft, hot and oily on the inside. Just how you want it. Just how you need it. Wut is Vegan?

I think this store needs to do something about the toilet door. Since I've seen at least three people get stuck in there.from the inside the door looks like it swings, but it's a roller door.

Been to this place a couple of times in the last few months. First visit they had run out of coleslaw, second visit they had run out of original chicken.at 7pm on a Sunday. Who is running this store? Really, how hard it is to provide the basic items that you offer on your menu? Serious incompetence at this store, just go to another one.

Easily acceasible outlet with drive thru facolty. Car parking is there and its very close to hungry jacks
