78Been going here since highschool, where I would get a popcorn chicken to smuggle into Ace Cinemas Subiaco (RIP). Pretty much always delivers on crispy, tasty chicken. Staff friendly also.
This place is a bloody joke over the past couple months the eftpos machine hasn’t worked 90% of the time how’s does this happen in 2022. They always run out of chicken there ppl are rude and useless this store is a joke and need better ppl managing the store so it can make money. Most times I’ve been through I’ve seen 8 cars drive through because no eftpos. If I was the owner I would be inbarrest of this happening regularly and loosing money
Easily one of the most consistent stores I've visited in terms of product freshness, speed and quality of service.
Saw a man running around on all fours, continuously screeching at people yelling the words, "FEED ME" an then biting there ankles.other than that, 10/10 experience, I would recommend going here.
The worst KFC experience, requested original pieces and was given hot and spicy, when asked for exchange, the staff re-acted rudely. He Torn the paper bag open and stuff the chicken in, and gave to me without turn his body. He obviously doesn’t want to be there and please do him a favour get him out of his misery.
Took my nephews here today for a burger and it was all pretty filthy. The tables were dirty and so were the floors and whole place really. I understand its a fast food place and my standards shouldnt be high, but this was really quite bad. I hope they can make some changes. Food was fairy good, but overall experience not very pleasant.
I come here late on a Friday night around 9: 15pm to get a large chips after a 9hr shift at work.
They are always delicious and fresh, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
For the record, this place is around 10mins from my work but 40mins from home. KFC near my home has terrible service.
Always cheating customers. Worst service ever. Ordered 10 pieces chicken wings while only give 9 TWICE! I have remind the staff while I placed the second time order.even no apologise and still give me 9 pieces. Cheating!
Some of the best service I have ever had. I would give it 5 stars if not for the following
1. The pregnant lady overdosing on methamphetimene in the back corner
2. A middle aged man tripped over a small child while carrying his food to the table, causing him to brutally attack the child and leave him with 13 broken bones and a fractured skull
3. Saw a worker spit into the fries
4. I will go through the drive through with a car bomb on the 16th of August 2022 at 4: 35pm
Staff forgot my drink for drive thru order. I had to go back to pick it up after driving 5 min.
When I got home, x3 nuggets were missing, instead of 6.
It is not the first time. They always leave out something for orders that are more then 5 6 items.
I wish I could give a 1 star. Absolutely pathetic!
I ordered a double tender burger meal got given a cut in half filet, called the store and I got a “aw sorry” and “come back in and we can do it again for you. ” Like no do it right the first time how bloody hard is it!?
I just saw staff member on duty, while particularly busy, offer to carry food for a person who may have needed assistance after letting me go and get a mask. THANKYOU!
Everything else was the usual not too old chicken where it was editable, but the chips were raw. Raw to the point where the inside was still cold and stiff in the centre, and had to push the chips away. Didnt want to cause a fuss as they were busy.
In one trip I was:
1. Given the wrong order
2. Asked to wait 15 to 20 minutes (I get it)
3. Waited for 30 minutes before I had to walk inside and ask
4. Lied to (order just appeared even though drive thru saw my order?)
5. Asked to wait another 5 minutes
6. Waited an additional 10 minutes
7. Order plopped on the counter without so much as a word of acknowledgement
Only reason they get two stars is because 1.zero star isn't allowed and 2. I actually got my chicken.
Nope scratch that. 1 star because I had to walk past a staff member smoking near the front entrance.
Worst kfc experience ever. And to me told I was rude when I was simply alerting the staff that my husband could not eat wicked wings was unacceptable. Then a manager has a go at me for my rudeness. Excuse me.
I was not rude. Not have ever been rude to any staff member I did not get angry or raise my voice I simply stated a fact. It was not what I ordered.
The restaurant is clean and customer service is good. The food was fresh and up to the KFC quality.
The most slow food venture I have ever seen. No customer service and takes ages for one order to get ready. No hospitality even, such a nightmare!
Awesome kfc! Go here with my mate to get go-buckets and they are always fast and tasty. Always our go to!
Absolutely furious with who I believe to be a manager. I had asked a young girl about a new item on the menu only to have this 'manager' embarrass her by saying "hurry up you're taking too long" and sent her to go on break (she looked to be crying after). After I had asked for his name and if he was a manager, he replied "it doesn't matter, drive forward" and I asked again, he continued to rudely say "just leave and drive forward". I hope the management team takes this seriously as no staff member or customer should be treated in such an ill manner.
Kobe (who was working on the night of 31/10/21) was an absolute legend in the drive-thru and all other employees should take a leaf out of his book. I don't know the guy but his attitude was a welcome change from the usual interaction at KFC. Nice work!
