KFC Subiaco

Absolutely the worst service I've ever come a cross, I walked out after 20 mins of waiting to get service in empty restaurant, very dissapointed.

Worst management. I ordered 3 piece box.complete oil soaked and worst pieces. I returned back that box as it is.even then they did not apologize or refund my money.

By far the worst kfc of all time, unable to take an order in drive through, provided an order in writing and still managed to get 3 of the items wrong, rude and arrogant. Wouldn't even go back if they offered a free meal. Absolute waste of time and money! Also had to tell the staff how to process the order, not even kidding!

The young man that served me was very good.pleasant.spoke well.had a good attitude.and diverted my large dinner with pleasure.visited about 20 to 7.
With this sort of service I will be back. Thank you so much.

Always check your order. Every single time I've come here, without fail they've got my order wrong! Extremely frustrating when you pay extra to only get home and realise what you paid for isn't there! Stay vigilant here!

We went through this evening and they messed up our order and when we asked for what we ordered the manager was very rude, he was swearing and the food wasn't very good, it seemed stale. Definitely not going back there. The manager is not a very good one, he couldn't handle the situation, treated his junior staff pretty bad. I'd actually give it no stars.

Dirty, waited ages, wiping down once in 40 mins and taking rubbish from one bin to another. A pigeon inside, bones on the floor.and the wrong order.had to go back.
So busy.
I'd close it.

I found two bugs in vomitus

I feel sick and very uncomfortable now

Ordered 8 hot and spicy chicken with the cheap as cheaps deal. I even asked as they handed it to me if they put hot and spicy or original and they said hot and spicy. Came home and opened it up and its half hot and spicy and half original. Thank you for the disappointing meal KFC

10: 30 on a Friday night and we were treated like we got to the drive thru at 11pm. They were packing up and had everything cleaned. Said they only had a few items available. Rude and unprofessional.

Then they served two women in the drive thru who weren’t in a car because they didn’t want to serve them inside.

It's a typical KFC for the city, however this time the inside was quite dirty and had alot of crumbs on the floor as well as chips. There was about 4 people in the shop and my order took ~30 mins. I think they accidentally forgot the order and we had to remind them. However the food was still nice, fresh and tasty.

Not a good experience at all. I think everyone should agree that a key element in any good sandwich is fresh bread, which definitely was not the case in my order (#1230 on 5/1/21). You guys ruined my family lunch.

Thought I'd treat myself after 2 years of not having KFC, received literally half my order 10 mins late. It will be longer than 2 years before I bother with KFC again.

Didn't receive my chicken nuggets which were worth $10, you should really make sure you have everything in the order.there goes $10, chips could've also had more salt on them but otherwise the rest of the food was alright. Disappointed I didn't get my nuggets though since the nuggets were the food I was looking foward the most.

Service was excellent, the food was no surprises KFC. Reasonably clean. Have been there since, and will likely go there again.

Went there a few times before and today food tasted okay as usual but soon after I felt really sick. And need I mention that staff working there don't seem to care at all.

I recovered soon after tho.thank god I did not have to go to hospital

Not a good presentation. I ordered a 3 pieces (spicy) box, chwcken taste are blend and oily, inside the shop wasn't clean at all, messy and table are unclean.

Not as great as it used to be, I love in Subiaco and the food was once good here, when I ordered fried chicken tenders, it was all hard, like it was sitting out throughout the day, the following day, I ended up getting sick, everything else was fine but not the chicken tenders, my suggestion to management pr the higher up staff of KFC, go in there as a secret shopper and order those tenders, and you'll understand.

I always regret KFC! Got a zinger burger box with a few chicken wings (slimy inedible chicken), potato gravy (also inedible) with chips that were the highlight. The burger was tasteless, drowning with mayo and the bun dry and cold. The gay time shake was amazing though so I’ll stick to that & chips when im next after a dirty fast food fix (or just go to HJs for a Bacon Deluxe!)
