KFC Subiaco

Went through drive through at 5pm only to be told to wait 10 mins for the chicken as they had run out and bring it out to us. We waited 20 before going in and realising they meant they wanted us to go in and get it. Would’ve bought from a cafe if we had known it would take so long.

It's going to be the first and last visit to kFC Subiaco. When we arrived and paid it via the kFC app, the cashier mentioned they didn't have potato and gravy, and we swapped it for extra chips. Then we came to the pick-up counter, and the guy said they didn't have hot & spicy chicken. What a joke.

Was extremely fast and employees were very sorry about the wait. And where very friendly with the customers making sure they won’t trying to hurry them up and handled everything extremely well and food as always was great.

Ordered 1 meal and was asked to go to waiting bay, sat in waiting bay for 20 minutes with no food. Went back through drive through as front door was locked. After waiting 45 minutes I received my food only to have received 8 nuggets instead of 10

Service was extremely fast. Serving sizes were small though. Chicken could’ve been bigger. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Dipping sauce was not provided although I purchased fries.

Fast and decent quality, easy use with the online app orders and staff had no issues with this unlike other stores iv visited

This has got to be the worst KFC in Perth. Besides the fact that the store and it's location are falling apart, the food is even worse. We got food poisoning from the nuggets. They weren't fully cooked, but you couldn't tell till you bite into them. The nugget itself was squishy and tasted funny. We forwarded all of this to the health inspector. Never done that before. So please. For your own health, stay away from this place!

Food was good. Pity about the screaming school kids in the place. Staff did nothing to curtail the noise.

20 minute wait for the drive through.

Took my money and then told me they were out of the food I ordered, but promised to substitute it in a way that there would be "no difference".

They then handed me the most pathetic meal I've ever had from a KFC.

Food sucked, service was worse.

Extremely slow and extremely rude
All they need to do is to pack the food because the food is already cooked but it still takes so long

Long wait because staff packing the food like turtle

and they are extremely rude to drivers like me and make drivers wait for 10 mins to 20 mins while making the walk in customers food first when the walk in customers come after me and didn’t even order while I was already there and waiting
Thanks for wasting time

and they don’t have air conditioning on at 36 degree day

Order was really late it took 30 min to just get fried chicken …not only me i think everyone was complaining about the late service never gonna go back to that shop and even in kfc in my life thank you

Food is often cold or undercooked for some reason at this branch. 3 months later.food till not hot and not properly cooked.

Monday night 9: 40pm drive through. Young staffs there did not even bother serving customer as they were happy packing up. Felt sorry for shop owner.

Not quite the fastest KFC in existence (consistently), friendly staff, however.

Locked their doors at 7.15pm yesterday (14/09/2022) and did drive thru only, which was a bit average for those that didn't want to wait in the very long car queue

I ordered takeaway request no breast meat & that short hair spectacles wearing caucasian lady at the window at 715pm Saturday 3rd September told me twice no breast meat.
I got home & found she lied. She put in 3 pieces of breast meat. Why did she had to lie? When did she do such thing to customers.
Please do not trust this lady. Check every order before driving off & confront her when you see this same lier serving you.
There’s no reason for such abhorrent behaviour towards customers, is this the result of this kfc branch training?

Zinger wings seemed like it had no crunch.table areas were not tidy and cleaned.but all in all friendly staff.keep it up guys n gals

Hands down the best quality kfc I have been to in Perth, food is always fresh and hot, chicken is juicy.

I’m working at the multiplex high rise around the corner, sometimes they get high traffic of workers for lunch and they leave the place messy but usually pretty tidy 5/5 also best customer service

Sitting in the drive through for half an hour watching the staff in the back grab food with their bare hands, then a dust pan and brush, then the broom is on the table, then more food being handled with bare hands. Will not eat food from this KFC

Waited 15 mins in drive through only to get to through and pay to be then told no chicken! What a joke!

All cooked fresh, enjoyed there food. But wait time is awful if dining in as to why i gave a 3 star. Drive through is way faster.
