If ever there is a place that requires an undercover boss type sting its this KFC. The most useless pair of twatts runing this place this afternoon God's ever blown wind into. I honestly feel sorry for whoever owns it. Never ever walk out of there without checking what the muppets have put in the box. Very very disappointed.
Truly heartbreaking. We ordered this KFC through deliveroo and when the driver took too long to come, they literally gave our food to someone else. They didn't even call us, we only found out because we called them to ask where the food was: (Of course they were sold out of everything so we ended up waiting over an hour only to get nothing. Truly I am broken inside. Life is not fair. I only hope that the chicken treat we ordered instead will be half as good.
Usually the shaker salads taste good but the past 2 times that I've been there, they taste sweet and sour all at once when I take certain bites. Some bites taste normal whereas others taste weird. I think there's something wrong with the salad.
It's KCF. The issue is the that sometimes the fried chicken is crisp and amazing, other times it is soggy and not so good.
Ordered 6 pieces of wicked wings. When I got home and opened the box there were only 5 pieces! Called them but no one answered the phone
Never going to this KFC again. Worst experience and service that I have ever encountered. I'll be making a formal complaint on their website
The last visit I was told no chicken only chips available. Here again and at 430pm on a Sunday and apparently no chicken strips. Worst
Very bad Experience. Service is not good. And Product quality is bad. My Son complain badly to me.
There is some David that took my order last time and by returning the change he dropped the money and the way he was talking to me was not polite at all in the meal he was supposed to givw me a drink and he did not this is not the first time that it happen so mind it
Little slow some times, closes way to early on Thursdays and often runs out of burgers about an hour before closing limiting menu options. Staff seem friendly enough.
Don't even bother. Just go to McDonald's next door. Every time i go there they never have what i want. A few months back they had no chicken, tonight they said i have to wait 15 mins in the drive thru for a chicken bucket, then when i changed my order to a zinger stacker burger, they said they can't do that either. I can have the burger with 1 zinger burger and 1 original burger. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER KFC.
Forgot both chips. Only ordered two meals. Chips tasted half cooked mixed with old stale chips. Guys there look they hated their jobs. Maybe hire staff that actually want to be there and have decent work ethic.
This place is a joke.
“We’ve run out of zinger chicken completely” ITS 8: 30PM YOU CLOSE AT 10PM.
“Oh don’t worry we will throw some zinger sauce in there instead. ”
AND YOU CANT EVEN DO THAT.
Close your doors, you’re useless. Every single time I convince myself that you guys might have upped your game, I’m wrong.
Whoever runs this place needs a lesson in business management.
Very good service and feel sorry for you guys that some people just expecting "fast" food with no common sense and ethical understanding about how busy you guys are. Thank you for making a great meal for us and working hard.
Took like 2 years to even get to order my food, the cow at the desk was rude and also took another 2 years and 2 workers to even understand my order. I then got my cold poor quality food and squashed can of solo. Don’t even bother stepping foot in this “restaurant”
17/04/2018: Drive through at 6.20PM 9 for $9.95 Tuesdays deal - staff were super efficient, and had the order boxed and ready before we reached the window so we barely had to slow down as they passed it to us. Chicken was hot and fresh!
On my way home from a late-shift at work, I wearily alight the bus when I am captured by the gaze of the Colonel as his illuminated form smiles beatifically upon me. My tummy grumbles and I think, “Mmmmm, I fancy me some fried chicken. ” As I attempt to gain access to the premises, however, I am inexplicably hindered by what appears to be a faulty door. On the other side, the young gentleman who is mopping the floor with a great deal of gusto pauses in his task to shout “drive-thru only, mate”. Somewhat confused, I recheck the opening times emblazoned on the door: Friday 10am - 11pm. I check the time: 10.06 pm. How odd! Not being the owner of a motorised vehicle, I am somewhat disappointed that my complaining stomach shall go ignored. As I leave, I glance back at the Colonel. I realise I have misread his smile - the condescension is plain to me now - he is mocking me for my peasantly ways.
