KFC Maylands

Very disappointing, we went to KFC Maylands after work and there were not one clean table available and the floor was dirty. When we got home we noticed that we only received 12 pieces of chicken instead of 15. And the pepper mayo slider’s lettuce wasn’t fresh.

Actually appalling. Managed to get every single item incorrect. Almost impressive. The teenagers running the place don’t seem to have any training or to care whatsoever.

I came at 8.30pm for drive thru, asking for spicy flavour chicken, they said out of stock, i asked for wicked wings out of stock, i asked for mashed potato also out of stock literally everything. We got cold damn fries & 10 pcs original chicken & turns out it barely hot & salty. Bruh what is it? This is not the first time i came the chicken is salty & always out of stock. They wanna closed & very lazy the guy from the service. Not satisfied, but we got no choice. Kfc pls upgrade and check the worker & supervisor do ur work. Thanks

I order my food through drive through but staff didnot understand anything. They were behaving so rudely. Really disappointed from the service.

Reliable source of not-bad fried chicken. Not amazing, but best damn KFC I’ve ever been to. The interior is mid. But works in a pinch.

Honestly Maylands use to be one of the best KFC's in area but it's been going downhill for a while now. Today's issue was their unable to serve customers due to one tiny female addict blocking the drive-thru, also unable to access the restaurant although there was people eating inside the restaurant a little confusing right!

We found the staff not very welcoming, the meal of a low standard, the tables unclean and the toilet hand dryer didn't work.

DISGUSTING. REVOLTING. UNHYGIENIC

OVERCOOKED CHICKEN. INEDIBLE CHIPS WITH WAAAAY TOO MUCH SALT.

AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF - A BLACK HAIR IN THE CHIPS.

MADE ME WANT TO VOMIT.

Service was great but food wasnt good at all chicken and chips were dry. Did not feel like i was at KFC. Below average food prep. At Maylands KFC

You guys have got to be kidding. I was going to get McDonalds and I should have! A 3 piece feed and one piece is smaller than the dinner roll. I should have looked at the previous reviews. How is this place still open? Shocking.

Worst service ever seen at kfc. Orders take ages to get ready and staff couldn't be more unprofessional.

Disgusting behaviour from the workers deserve no stars rude disrespectful to me, kindly asked if I could make two separate orders the lady on the mic said no to me and that they aren’t allowed to do it so my friend had to hop out the car to purchase her meal, then once I got to the window a man came to the window asked him why I couldn’t do two orders and he said I can just not when they are busy (which they weren’t as I was the only one in the drive through and my friend was only one inside the side). I then had to wait in the drive through for awhile and food came out cold. Very disappointed at the situation as they couldn’t provide a honest answer with me

Don't know why KFC introduced apps where you place order online when you get your order quicker ordering via drive thru

Food was not usual kfc standard half got thrown away waste of money.

They stop giving out zingers one hour before closing time. This is a new low in Kfcs in Perth region.

The manager is extremely rude and distasteful. He shows no patience or respect to customers. He also allows his staff to play inappropriate rap music with foul language while children are present. Don't go here.

Every time I have gotten food from here the bread or wrap is stale the chips are over salted all there's no salted all it's consistently disappointing staff and service can be very hit and miss I have had very nice service here but often you're ignored

5: 45pm Saturday December whi ever the girl is taking orders needs to calm down and let us actually order and allow us to double check it. Before we can even finishing saying what we wanted she told us to drive through when we went to double check she just told us to pay, gave us our food (the wrong food by the way because she’d didn’t even let us tell her) and shut the door on us. Absolutely ridiculous, let them make their order, double check it’s correct and then let them drive through don’t just try and finish people sentencing and send us on our way as quick as possible. Not to mention the chips were soggier the socks in the rain.

Wost KFC EVERRR! They managed to forget 4 out of 4 burgers from the burger feast and the food was cold! I usually steer clear of this place due to this reputation.but decided to give them another chance since its been a while. No improvement despite different staff, clearly management is the problem.

Honestly the worst kfc I've ever eaten. Got given the wrong food to start with, can tolerate it because I don't mind a ziger box even tho I wanted a crunch rap. The burger tasted like I had been left there for a week, it was cold, the bread and chicken were as stale as can be and somehow even the coleslaw tasted terrible. I was hoping the chips could bring this meal back but no, it was like eating hot raw potato. Preparing for the food poisoning tomorrow, please don't waste your time here, just get the maccas next to it
