I never leave reviews for places but this time has to be an exception from the horrible service me and my partner just recieved from KFC Maylands. We ordered online and had to wait in line for about 5-10 minutes and we were the only ones there but that's not the problem. About half way through the wait one of the male kfc workers came to the window opened it and just started at us for a few seconds so I asked him "what? " And the whole time he was very obviously chewing on something open mouth and everything without a mask on. He then tried to ask us something while mumbling and chewin, we couldn't understand a word he was saying and eventually just walked away after I think he asked if we had beeped which we didn't. Then when being handed our food the lady wasnt wearing a mask and shoved the bag through the window of my car after saying "heres your food" quite rudely. Then to top it off they messed up our food.

Stood at the counter for 3 minutes without one staff member acknowledging us. Infact, there was no-one at the front counter except for an employee on our side telling some worker that he couldn't remember the code to open the door. When we got our order, there were no napkins so I had to go back in to ask for some. Piss poor service.

This has to be one of the worst KFCs in Perth. I've been 3 times where I just flat out was unable to get food because they were "out of everything except chips", "wait is too long to be served" or "POS system down". The food is typically below average for KFC which is saying something. Very poor experience.

Unfortunately my one experience with this KFC was bad. My friend ordered nuggets with BBQ sauce and the cashier mistakenly put a transaction in for just a lot of BBQ sauce around like 5 packets or more BBQ sauce packets which was odd. And my friend had to explain to the employee that there has a been mistake. He didn't know what to do so he asked the manager which said to just give my friend the nuggets however he made my friend pay for the nuggets and then proceeded to give him more sauce as well as the nuggets which was definitely not what we wanted as we just wanted nuggets and one pack of BBQ sauce.

After that whole shannigan I get my food which was also incorrect. Just not as badly, besides from that we couldn't find a clean table either. But we didn't ask for assistance since we just wanted to eat at that point.

I dislike writing bad reviews but I felt like it was necessary this time around. It might have just been a bad day who knows.

Our local KFC. Genuinely about 50% of the time they have run out of chicken and you have to get hot n spicy. Rest of it is all good, but need to do their stock logistics better.

Would not recommend. Order always wrong. Manager rude. Chicken and burger were dry and tasteless chips stale. Obviously not fresh.

The manager of this place needs to go.the staff literally ignore you when you stand at the counter.i watched them take 5 minutes to make a burger as they were more concerned with shutting up the kitchen at 8: 30pm and telling customers they are out of food even with an hour and half left of service time.

Chicken skin was dark brown, flesh not moist; chips not cooked through and unsalted - only the can of cool drink met the standard.
Furthermore.
Yesterday KFC customer relations emailed me an apology regarding my recent experience outlined in the above post. Our current spending habits demand we buy more locally, so this response obviously demonstrated that the company cares about quality and each customer. Thank you.
May it continue.and it did.
I received a store credit to replace the meal I had ordered. And, yes, it was up to standard.

Got food poisoning from this store yesterday after eating a zinger stacker. Got it at 2pm, extremely sick by 5pm and throwing up till 3am and had to take today off work. Thanks kfc maylands!

The worst customer service ever. Made an online order today around 9: 30pm, went to pick and once I got there the girl in the drive thru mentioned they don't have anything and will do a refund. When i questioned why was it cancelled, she was super rude and replied "coz we don't control the app! "
Why take online orders then, definitely the worst KFC experience and their rude unprofessional staff.

15min wait in drivethrough with 1 car in front of us, then a 3pce feed with no potato and gravy and half a burger bun as the bread bun, didn't mention a word, pathetic service.

I’m done with this store. Next time I will just drive further to a different store. EVERY single time I have come here, something is wrong. 3 times they’ve run out of chicken, they’ve run out of buns, now lettuce. I don’t know who’s in charge of purchasing but I don’t think they’re doing it right. If you’re lucky to actually get all the ingredients for your order, they will still find a way to screw it up. Missing chicken, serviettes, even chips.

Food was okay. Customer service was less than adequate. Went through the drive through and half way through making my order she interrupted saying drive forward. I then continued to give my order to which she said yes but got my order wrong.

First they couldn't do gravy then they couldn't do bacon cause it was still frozen then there burger assembly is just appaling then to top it off could not fulfill the order as requested asked for zinger but only got the zinger fillet.

Poor service had to wait 10 minutes to get served and I was the only one I at the counter.
Then waited a further 20 minutes for the food.
The chicken was dry and cold and the chips were cold.

This outlet is always disappointing. The latest was waiting 40 minutes in drive through for large chips that were half full, stale and cold.

Have been here many times before with no complaints. Today, firstly, nobody at the usual drive thru window for payment and no sign or indication to move to the next window. Only after a couple of mins did I notice a hand waving barely out of the food window. Driving forward, I've been served by Abhishek. I had ordered a Zinger Stacker Box for $13.95 but for some reason was charged $14.45. The only change I had made to the default was changing potato and gravy to coleslaw.

I was provided my ordered food and upon receiving my box, noticed it was dirty and covered with some sort of sticky substance. When I got my food, I said thank you but never received any sort of reply such as have a great day or goodbye. So much for customer service.

Upon getting home, I noticed that I was given 3 wicked wings instead of a piece of chicken. I also don't know why. I'll be chasing all of this up with the manager and expecting them to rectify this.
