KFC Kwinana

I ordered a meal for me and my family and they missed out on part of the meal (kids mean so kinda the most important part) I then proceeded to try calling the store for an hour before giving up

Staff member called Jeremy was amazing and Tiarah was also very helpful, unfortunately I found hair in my food hence the 4/5

Hit and miss with Kwinana KFC constantly getting the ratio wrong and tonight missing 3 chicken pieces. Still affected by the five shrivelled up Wings I got in a Family Feast Pack last year.

They dont always get things right, hv had to go back a couple of times as they forgot to add certain things. Friendly staff.

One of the better KFC restaurant's I have been to, they get my order correct and not a long waiting time, but late at night they run out of a lot of products.

Chicken pieces are too oily and not always cooked long enough. Staff are friendly and provide great service.

Unfortunately I can’t give negative stars. We got there and waited 10 mins in the store for service while the rude staff ignored our existence. The final straw was when one came to the front to put a tray down and completely ignored us. Now my godson can’t have what he wants for his birthday dinner, thanks for stuffing up his birthday! This store needs a kick up the a$$

Fortunately McDonalds 20 metres away was happy to take our order within 10 seconds of walking in the store

Sadly we have had a lot of times when we have received incomplete orders or not fully cooked meals.

If you want to buy chicken breasts you wont believe the answer! Would you believe they told me they only get 2 in every 20 they order. If im at a chicken food hall should I not be able to buy what part of chicken I want? I use to love Kentucky I now avoid the place and the stupid responses from the manager.

I have visited a few times to see Luke or Elton running front counter by themselves and making the store a better atmosphere.

Waited 35 minutes for Hot & Spicy chicken. And they said it would be 20 minutes wait. And in the first place, if you dont sell chicken, what is the business for?

Served by a guy named Elton. This man needs a pay rise, thankyou Elton for making Australia great again!

It's ridiculous the amount of times these guys stuff your order up. Not putting dipping sauce in the bag though you've paid for it, constantly out of stock, warm drinks, no serviettes or wipes, bad customer service. I'm going to chicken treat from now on

Finally a KFC that isn't slow and doesn't forget my extra cheese and supercharged sauce in my zinger burger!
