KFC Kwinana

Ripped of twice. Ordered 2 regular chips the other day got small. Had regular chips tonight and they weren't even fkn included. Nor Sause.

This is the 3rd time they have not given us all items in the order and when contacted they could not replace the items we had payed for or refund us. Instead the told us there was nothing they could do about it? How does that work when they were the ones who incorrectly packed our order.

They used to be good have not been back for over 6 months or so because their chicken just got worse and worse over time lost it's KFC flavour and now tastes like regular fried chicken. I don't know whether it is training or what because they are not doing it right. They may have changed but I'm not wasting my time and money on bad KFC. Do yourself a favour go to Rockingham Foreshore KFC they used to be so so but now they are churning out some damn good KFC chicken the way it's supposed to be and the way it's supposed to taste!

Very quick service wasn't expecting to walkout within 5 minutes. Drive thru packed up. Dine in empty a consequence of COVID. I gave a 4 star for fast convenient service and a clean environment.

Ordered takeaway missing multiple items from the order and when tried to contact them no one answered the phone

Ordered food through menulog at 550. Had to call twice and eventually got our refund because we still hadn't received our food by 730pm. Perhaps hiring children for such a popular fast food establishment isn't a good idea. This place has always had such large waiting times but tonight was beyond a joke. Really need to lift their game

Came to get dinner 40mins before closing and they had run out of chicken. We already paid but luckily got our money back. Not going back again

Ordered for delivery through KFC app in Kwinana KFC, and absolutely smashed it at disappointing everyone when it came in. Well done KFC Kwinana crew.box of 8 chicken had 5 wings and 3 rib pieces.not only that but was the wrong one too as we ordered spicy chicken but it was all original. Chips were cold as a stone and half filled too. I’m the one not too complain too much for my food as i understand how people work in fast food but this just takes the cake, cant even comprehend what went through the brain of the person who did this order.

Not regular customer so I didn't check if I had everything.

Missing 2X PEPSI 1X BBQ SAUCE 1x AIOLI DIP

Zinger burger was soggy as tissue after blowing your nose when you are sick and have runny nose

Very poor service, ask if all order is there to get home an stuff is missing, rang the phone 10 times to no answer. Is a rip off purchasing from this store. Very disappointing.

My first visit to a KFC in years last night. Extremely disappointed with my 3 piece pack. The 3 pieces of chicken were hard and dry, ad if they'd been sitting under a heater for some time. The chips were also horrible. They appeared to be undercooked and tasteless. Not a pleasant experience and one I won't be repeating

We eat here on a semi regular basis. Everytime we have to check each part of the order, they miss items all of the time and they almost never give you the sauces that you have purchased. Make sure you check everything before you leave they are unreliable.

We have started getting delivery from doordash and it's a fantastic service but unfortunately have had just as many missed items on the order. But we get a full refund most of the time so it's good for us but if KFC keep giving away free food were are they going to be. Please KFC check your orders everytime it wastes our time, your time, your money and it means we dont get our dinner that we ordered.

I ordered a door-dash delivery and received the wrong order, but I was able to call the store and come and get a replacement and they went above and beyond, so friendly and helpful and gave extra drink/desert etc.to make-up for the mix-up. Customer Service from who I assume was the manager/supervisor brought the rating WAY up from an unfortunate mix-up:) thanks!

Got a burger it was over cooked couldn't chew it took it back and got a refund my wife had a fill up box and has been ill for 4 days now sitting in the doctor's

I bought spicy family feast I got 6 pieces of drumstick and 4 chicken wings.that's just a rib off for the price they charge.

Myself, my partner and 2 year old son got FOOD POISONING from here! This is the second time we've been sick from here, the first time we thought it was just a coincidence but we can now confirm its from KFC Kwinana.
My partner and i had hot and spicy and my son has originally so obviously its not just 1 tainted batch!

Drive thru order, was told to wait 20 mins.in the carpark. 40 mins after, was told that they did not know I ordered. Bad service

Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered a family feast. No kidding. 10 pieces of chicken consisting of 2 drumsticks and 5 wings. Sorry 6 wings.

Customer service appalling, always waiting 10minutes or more for food. Today there was a line of 5people and 3 staff chatting at the food station, not one of them greeted customers for 10 minutes. The manager is rude and argues back rather then fixing the problem.
