74Amazing staff who are always friendly and the food is often fresh, but the pieces are about half the size they were last year and "hot&spicy" is no longer offered.
The service is the worst ever here. The atmosphere too, it is so dead there. 28/11/2023 around 1: 30pm. Came in to order some quick foods and ended waiting 30mins for the whole thing. Two asian girls are so damn slow.
Absolutely appalling service. Just went to get food and they said their kitchen closes at 7: 30. They had nothing left by the time we went there. Why stay open till 10 if you only have a couple of things to serve?
Got to the speaker only to be told that there was going to be a 15min wait on any zinger fillets so decided to get a Bacon & Cheese original fillet burger & 5 original tenders. Didn't get a fillet in the burger, it was just 2 tenders with Bacon & cheese, & the chicken was so damn dry I ended up feeding it all to my dog!
The manager on shift tonight should be fired, or demoted!

Thought I'd give this store a second chance tonight as my elderly mother felt like having some KFC. This time I went into the store, & was served by a young man of Asian decent. He could not have been more rude & disinterested if he tried. I also watched him prepare my order & before leaving I checked it & sure enough, it was wrong. I told him what I ordered & he continued to argue with me at the counter. I said "you were the one who served me, how could you get it wrong" & all he did was shrug his shoulders. I was so disgusted with this kids attitude & went onto the corporate site to put in a complaint.
Will never be back, I'll travel to the Rockingham store if I want KFC.
Two Tips Guys.
1. Only go when there busy so the food isn’t a hour old.
2. Check your order when you receive it. Most times the order is missing a item or is completely incorrect.

Need more staff. Front of house was dirty and employee on front counter seemed overwhelmed.
What a joke you spend thousands on making Kwinana KFC Shop look better you should be spending it on educating employees to actually listen to what your ordering and getting it right the last 2 Thursdays the orders have been drastically wrong and you charged me for what I ordered and didn’t get

Total chaos, ridiculously long wait, 20 minutes before order taken then 25 minutes to get meal.
Gave this store 3 chances. 3 chances were wasted. Each and every order had an item missing that was atleast worth $10. Each consecutive order in the span of 1 month.
This was take away meal Very unsatisfied with meal. Chicken under cooked still very pink on inside. Chips cold didnt even finish meal. Thought meals would improve with how much they raised prices. Think it was the worst more removing hot and spices from menu best kind. Gonna be slot of unhappy people. I Myself and my family won't ever be returning to this food chain. Can cook better chicken ourself at home. Very poor effort
Today is the 12th June. It's almost 830pm I went to get food just after 8pm It was cash only only at the drive through I was unable to reverse out of the line, sat in line for half an hour just to get through, very slow, very unhappy that it was cash only again. In the span of 2 weeks. Eventually got out and went to chicken treat.
The food is great if you don't mind having half your order missing. The first time it happened we let it go then the next time we went back to collect the rest of the order. The same this time. They tried to give us 2 cans of Pepsi instead of a 125l bottle (again) and totally forgot the coleslaw. Every time we get kfc I regret it.yeah nahhh
Staff were very confused about what was going on. The service was pretty abysmal, especially when one staff member couldn't even give us menu options.
Ordered online. Said it would take 30 mins. 1 hour later still nothing. No response when calling the restaurant either.
Yummy and the chicken tasted fresh, juicy.

Worst KFC I have ever tasted. I'd rate as a zero if I could. Batter was superthin and tasteless. The potato and gravy tasted like it had vinegar added. Chips were reheated and had way too much salt. Totally disgusting. The delivery person didn't knock on the door or ring the bell either. Not impressed. Definately don't order through Kwinana and door dash.
Cheated on recipe order
We ordered original recipe 21 pieces but got only 17 pieces when opened the box at home
Very very bad experience never will go anymore there
The KFC is fine, i just wish they could do something about the traffic flow in their drive-through. There is a gap between some of the parkings and an traffic island, that allows people to make a 2nd line of cars, that then need to merge into the same line. This causes so many cases of road rage. When I see there are many cars in the 2nd line, I just go elsewhere, as I know it will just end in a finger session between drivers. This can be avoided very easily by just placing a barrier in that gap, stopping cars from forming that 2nd line in the first place. Hope someone there sees this, and can do something about it.
This is bottom of the barrel KFC in WA. Bad customer service, food is overcooked if not too blend then too salty. Well guess what, people still queue up on drive thru to buy.
Every time I get KFC something is always missing, and every time I ring no one answer's I have wasted money on the things I don't get even when you order with menu log you don't get what you order, extremely disappointed would never recommend KFC Kwinana to anyone may as well through money in the toilet
