KFC Kwinana

Just popped in for Frozen mountain dew and male staff more interested in making sure they make up their mates order than who ordered first.

Worst KFC in the area. The quality of the chicken is the lowest and social requests are often ignored. In fact 9 times out of 10 I can guarantee it won't happen. I understand sometimes they can't accommodate the request but they should say so when they can't and I find it hard to believe they can't do it as often as it happens. I think we'll just take the trip to the Baldivis one from now on.

Ordered through menu log won't be ordering from this KFC again. Half my order was missing. TWO meals - not hard!

Waste of time. Waited 10 mins for these guys to open up to be told all chicken will be a 15 min wait time. Might as well have just told me they were closed.

They got my order right after three trys and 1 hour and a half!

We ordered two large meals, got our large drinks and got home to find a medium meal, we went back down and got our meals replaced BUT then went we got home the second time my original burger had hot sause on it and my gravy was out of date. We went down a third time and our orders where finally right but still supremely average.

The staff just seemed annoyed that we wanted our meals made correctly.

We won't be going back.

Open till 10 but stop cooking chicken before 930.so whats the point of being open till 10 i wonder? Poor form

Best chicken fillet burgers. Awesome potato & gravy. Great service. Go here regularly. Staff very friendly. Chips too Salty

They r very in consistent there chicken is always over cooked chips r dry stail they always get orders wrong always going back to get order fixed not good at all

Staff were fine, But whenever I use the drive-thru I always seem to wait 10min for food. They tell me to wait in the carpark like a lost dog
Really not nice, soggy cold chips, overcooked chicken, burger had a few measly lettuce shavings and a blob of mayo, dry bun, and they forgot my dipping sauce I paid for! The glass of water I drank after the meal was more appealing, no joke. Close this place down.seriously.

They always forget to give me my sauce, but I'm too lazy to go back to the store to get it. The only time I ever get my sauce is when I remember to ask for it.

Good all round service in both drive thru or if you’re on foot. Staff have never stuff an order up for us to date. Food is as good as any other KFC. No problems here!

Problem with an order. We called to make a complaint and the phone number does not work. I will be pursuing this further.

Cheap chicken crab service, always mucking up my order or no chicken that people pay for, stay away is my advise

Asked for hot and spicy, came home with original. Couldn't be bother to drive back there with 2 kids.

Went here last night and they were all out of original recipe chicken at 6pm!
This is their bread and butter and i have had similar issues a number of times now at this store. Will take the drive elsewhere from now on.

I am always so impressed with the young staff that work here. Especially the young lad that calls people sir or mam. Such respect for those around him amd a credit to the store

Had original piece and tender in order only got one, had two chips without salt got all three salty.

Need to fix time on the web there not open till 12 am just drove through at 11: 30 and it was closed.

I love the color yellow, and my car is silver, I did this so you know I am not a bot, been here, their service is quite slower than rockinghams KFC branch, and takes time when you order. Second time I eat here dine in, staff were concentrated in drive thru orders, no wonder nobody eats here. Toilet is a dump, extremely dirty, table is greasy and sticky. I was trying to get utensils because they did not give me one, was standing for almost 20 mins in the counter before they noticed me.
