77Madeline in drive through needs some serious retraining! When you order something and she says What? ! Through the speaker instead of sorry what was that? Or at the end says all good.instead of not a problem please drive through its just rude and unprofessional if you dont care about your job or customer service then dont work in the industry
Young staff who are very chatty and seem to ignore online customers especially couriers drivers who come in just to pick up food ordered online be it menulog or Uber Eats who just come to pick orders. The only young guy who is very efficient and veryt quick to attend to customers is Beau and 2 others. Most of them they ignore as if they are not seeung you.
Once again I didn't receive all the stuff I have ordered.
Saturday night shift staff, 18May 6pm. Driving from Annie's Landing.
Generally a good fast service though make sure you check your ordered because always missing items!
We usually got to place as it really convenient place enough car bays and no much traffic around. Great service but we had trouble few times.they had run out of wicked Wings but dont mentioned it before make the payment.all after that when we are going to pickup they saying the we run out of wing and offering something eles.which is make me disappoint.
The KFC Ellenbrook was not busy, so when I ordered 3 lg chips, and waited for 10 minutes ridiculous!
How many wings does a chicken has? Ordered 5 pieces and got 3 wings. Might as well paid for 40% fried chicken 3 pieces of wicked wings if you're trying to be calculative lative. Two pieces for $6 and the wicked wings for $3.95 and that's $9.95 instead of the $12.95.
It's a scam! Next time you order a 21 pieces bucket you might get 13 wings!

IF YOU GO THERE AND THEIR NOT BUSY CHECK QUALITY BEFORE YOU LEAVE BEWARE THEIR SHIFTY. THEY PLACE A COUPLE OF OK PIECES ON TOP OLD CHICKEN JUST UNDERNEATH DRY & DARK QUALITY CONTROL IS A JOKE NOT GOOD ENOUGH IT WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU IN THE END. THE ONLY TIME YOU'LL MAKE MONEY IS WHEN YOU DROP THE PRICE TO CHEAP ARSE TUESDAY PRICES OR THE BOGANS DON'T FEEL LIKE HEATING UP HOTDOGS.
Food was great.service good tho had to go bk and ask for a spoon.as i bought a gravy.overall enjoyed our meal
Ellenbrook KFC would have to be one of the worst places I've ever been the food is cold and that oily it is disgusting get charged double and then have an argument with the management saying we didn't charge you when I have in front of me the copies of them on bank statements stating that they had charged me twice I will not go back to KFC Ellenbrook again the food is disgusting
Place was dirty as hell. So many people working and noone bothered to clean any of the tables. Toiles are also disgustin, there was no lights on and seats are broken. The place it self looks newish but its not kept tidy or clean. Food was ok.
If you advertise being open till 11 you should have some form of something saying your doors aren’t open till that time
Incredible chicken and incredibly friendly staff, I would solidly say that this Kentucky fried chicken establishment is among one of the greatest food stores of all time, definately finger licking good
Just wanted to review to say that every single time we have been my partner & I always comment on how amazing the customer service is. For a fast food restaurant with a lot of younger workers you wouldn’t expect the staff to be so professional and kind. The food is usually always fresh as well & we’ve never had a problem with missing items from our order unlike other fast food restaurants in the area.

Treated fine.

Was made fresh, not cold or old tasting.
It was funny how for Halloween someone was dressed up in a costume next to me while were waiting to be served lol
A good KFC, chips can be stale at times but it depends on how long after peak you buy fold. Always adequately salted and never had an incorrect order. Unlike many KFCs they usually have everything in stock.
