KFC Ellenbrook

Went to get dinner on Valentine's Day and asked for hot n spicey chicken this was at 4: 30pm and they had none and wasn't making any for the rest of the night as I was told
Was not happy that there was nothing said to me as I was ordering I had to ask the person serving me

Latest close time which was amazing when late a night on way home, had the urge for kfc and this was the only one open.

An hour before closing and absolutely no chicken. Complete waste of time. Rude staff and huge wait for no food! Very ANGRY customer here! And after the huge wait in drive through get told the front doors have now closed while we where still stuck in line waiting so our 3yr daughter could not even use the bloody bathroom! The place needs to be shut down.

Love KFC (who doesnt), however this will be the last time I ever visit the ellenbrook resteraunt. After waiting 20 mins at the drive through I finally placed my order only to be told I'd have to wait 20 mins for the order. And now after 35 mins since arriving I'm still sitting in the car park waiting.

The console operator didn't listen close enough and didn't get the order right other than that all good.

Placed an order, and the confirmation said that it had been delivered. When the order still hadn't arrived, I contacted to let Doordash know. After being unable to contact the delivery driver, they offered a refund payable in 7 days! The store's contact number is invalid. Now have grumpy, hungry adults and kids that need to go to school in the morning. I expected a meal delivered, not this. So disappointing.

No cans of Pepsi Max so I was charged an extra 90c for a bottle-you didn't have the product I want, why should I pay more! Also, can't believe how small the regular chips are! Finally, original twisters are gone! I won't be returning to kfc in a hurry!

Made to park even tho no one was behind us so we didn't "stuff up" there drive thru time.
No point in going drive thru when you have to park!

It was a Monday and probably one of their quieter day and time of day. And although it wasn't the best KFC I've ever had it was still good. The weak point being the age of the chicken. 6 out of 10 for the chicken and high marks for every thing else including cleanliness. Ellenbrook store is considered one of their best and I want to try again when it's a higher turnover time of day. Recommended for those of us who are disappointed by the sweaty old chicken that often gets served at KFC's.

Don't use this store you will never get what you order wrong 8 out if 10 times and their phone number is disconnected, to many completes I bet

An absolute joke. Over 2 hours waiting for our order that ended up getting delivered to a house 3 streets from ours. Not even the same street name or number as ours. The menu had so many invalid items that we couldn’t select. Waiting what seemed like 1.5 hours to even have the food cooked. After two phone calls to Menulog we finally got a refund. It’s now 9.18pm.

Recently the store installed self serve kiosk's and then coincidently the EFTPOS machine at the front counter ceased working and customers were told they could only pay via EFTPOS if they used the self serve kiosk or went through the drive through, 2 weeks later the EFTPOS machine has still not been repaired and customers are directed to the self serve kiosk. Coincidence? Or have KFC disabled the front EFTPOS to force customers to use the self serve kiosks. If you like using them, then more power to you but I feel like the business is potentially being deceitful in the way they are trying to force customers to use the kiosk whether they want to or not.

So go through drive through at 9.15 to be told there is no more original chicken so I asked will they be making anymore as the place doesn't close till 10.30 and was told no. WELL DONE KFC

Closed at 8: 30pm tonight with no warning. All lights out. Nobody at any window. Can only presume that they wanted to look closed & were having some kind of staff party cos ppl came out after we drove through.

Please train ALL your staff how to deal with online orders.

I made an oline order, tried to check-in in store, and was told the order was being made and to wait. And wait i did. I spent an hour as people came and went.

I went back up to the counter, told another staff member that I had an online order. They straight away knew where to look on the till for onine orders and how to check them in.

If all your staff were trained on how to check in online orders, it would result in less frustrated customers waiting longer than needed because of an easily avoidable mistake.

The worst KFC I've ever had. I had a Zinger and my partner had the BBQ double stacker. Neither of us could eat the chicken as it was grissley and tough. Could not bite into it, so I tried pulling it apart and couldn't. A drop of mayo on the Zinger and overloaded BBQ sauce on the Stacker. The chips were cold and horrible. A waste of money at Ellenbrook. Never again! I will be calling head office in the morning to inform them of this and more!

The food was good not really about the food. I was served today and a young bloke at the window I think his name was Blake. He was so friendly, polite and nice. So my 5 stars is just going to his attitude what a great kid you have working there.

Most of the food I got was hot but waited almost 30 min inside to get my order.chips were cold and soggy and nuggets falling apart.not happy at all but giving 2 stars coz some food was properly hot but not enough to make me want to go back any time soon

Ordered placed at 6.15pm, 30 mins later get told the burger is not yet made and it will be a further 5 mins, 12 mins later - 40 mins after the initial order we leave, only plus hence 1 star was for Blake who was chasing up with Lil who did not have a care in the world about customer service or getting the food out, when we got home this is what l got, cold, chicken and chips. Discusting KFC
