KFC Ellenbrook

Bought family feast today got 2 pieces normal meat the rest where wings. Called the store they told me to come down i will get a replacement. The manager was so rude. Got told to come back tommorow he has to investigate). I asked him to look at his cameras. Manager Could not find the order). Showed them a receipt. Its not the first time it has happend. First time i went to complain. Meat was dark over cooked.

Maneger was rude food over cooked. Got wings not other meat in a Family Feast. Will not be ordering from the new KFC ELLENBROOK

Ordered online, pick-up at drive through, entered drive through with 1 person infront at 9: 30 exited at 10pm and told they don't have any burgers, 30min wait for nothing, why wasn't this communicated in the app like ellenbrook North kfc, do better guys

Usually pretty good but have the every now and then missing sauses ect but my god 4th time since i have been coming here to have the eftpos mechine out in drive through and having to wait 10-15 in line just to leave, waste of bloody time and need a sign stating it before you enter and get stuck

What is it with this place and their EFTPOS? ! This is the third time I've gone through the drive through, only to be told their EFTPOS is down and they can only take cash. They should seriously look into a new EFTPOS provider because they would be losing business.

I’m very sorry to say that but kfc always gives me very bad chips the chip never be fresh I hope this problem gets fixed soon

Disgusted, ordered hot and spicy was given dried up overcooked original chicken that had no taste. Manager was reluctant to replace. Only gave me 4 pieces of a dinner box.

Every experience at this kfc is horrible.

No effpos music blasting the door is always locked.

Staff constantly talking with there friends.

I have to complain every time.

Management need to do something about this service.

Really need older people working to keep an eye on the children you have hired

Popcorn chicken and chips only items available at 11am, eftpos not available at the drive through, chips were cold dry and looked like they had been refried

Awful experience.

Staff clearly busy chatting to their friends over the counter rather then assisting customers.

Please hire people who are interested to work

Disgusting service. Was given incorrect order. In the ultimate box I ordered, the peice of chicken was dry and was like a block of concrete. Potato and gravy cold. The kids working were mucking around instead of service and ensuring the food they were preparing was at the standard it should be. The place was disgustingly dirty. Disgraceful!

Atrocious service, ordered delivery tonight and after 30 min of waiting it gets cancelled, no reason or explanation given just to call the customer service number and there was no one there! Not to mention I used a free delivery voucher which is now wasted. Thanks you useless idiots

Dont eat out much but oh boy it was crapola chicken burnt chips burnt never again, I am surprised the health Dep hasn't shut it down. Management shame on you serving up this garbage.

Ordered a hot and spicy family feast for delivery and received a joke of an order.

- Out of 10 pieces, there were 8 wings.
- Instead of hot and spicy, they delivered plain original
- Coleslaw was missing

Have been trying to call but they are not even answering their phone.

What a rip off!

Walked in this afternoon to what could only be described as a subdued but angry mob. Decided after placing online order that I wanted to sit down and eat inside the cool restrant rather than my hot car, so skipped the drive thru (oops, big mistake!)
Was told upon entering by a rather flustered gent that the pos system wasn't working and I had to order via the one and only auto server screen still working. Happily said I'd already ordered online but was then told a list of things they had run out of and that there is a 15+ min wait!? Luckily, none of my order was on the list.so waited. Had to help a very confused set of grandparents work the auto serve screen cos, there was obviously no staff out there to help anyone (angry mob and all), but they managed in the end and their grand kids eagerly awaited their oder, but flustered man dashed their hopes by telling them that waiting so close isnt going to make their 15 min wait any quicker. (Que sad looking kids - awww) Didn't look like staff were working well together and were all a bit flustered by this point and seemed to be wondering around unsure of what to do (was this their first shift?), just like the 10 or so customers waiting inside for food orders. Staff eventually got going again and started getting orders out and got mine after the said 15 min wait (well estimated flustered man) Looked for a clean table to eat at and eventually found one (didnt look like much work was happening outside the kitchen - ie: waiting angry mob out there etc) Started eating my meal which had been slapped together, but tasted fine. Then, I heard a few staff swearing and start complaining amongst each other, more customers started rolling in at this point so took my cue and got out of there and escaped further torment to continue my long drive.
I really gotta stop going to take away places! Really disappointing all up.

Hit and miss, recently i had a bad quality worker literally fill an entire large chips with chips that were sitting out too long, some of them shouldnt have a job there let alone serve unsupervised. I mean they literally filled a $4.95 item with all bad chips, they knew what they were doing and just didnt care. Bad as that time they had kids saying 'sorry about your weight' and laughing as they served.

Dirty restaurant! Horrible service! All floor staff hanging around the corner. Called out for missing items from my order 3 times and still had to wait for a staff member to leave to them to realise I was there. Maybe turn the music down and do your job.

Basic take away. Polite but distant staff. Food ok. We were in the area and it hit the spot so all good

This store used to be good but now I wouldn't even eat it for free. That's how awful the chicken taste now. Ordered 8 hot and spicy pieces and received 6 wings and all of the chicken looks like 2 day old. Never going back there again.

Me and my brethren walked into kfc ellenbrook tonight hoping of a lovely meal.what we received was very poor customer service, where the counter attendant refused to call out our name for the order.we found this extremely disrespectful, so as any hurt human being, we drove home full of sorrow.upon our homestead arrival, only 5 minutes from the store, what we found was indeed what we were most concerned about - soggy, cold and tough chippies in a tasteless catastrophe.we will definitely never set foot in this store ever again.
