45 MINUTES WAITING! UNACCEPTABLE! Staff said if more than 30 minutes wait, your order will be bumped down to the last! SERIOUSLY?
Food was in a disgusting state.burgers were that smooshed and flattened and the chicken I couldn't even eat because it was so dried out and brownish colour.
Twice in a row this Shop has made terrible food, horrible service and bad management, quite possibly worse than KFC banksia Grove. In need of a review from KFC management.
Ordered kfc from menu log waited over an hour. Rude staff over the phone when enquiring about the late delivery.
After ordering online and arriving, I did receive a tasty meal at a good price from some very well mannered staff. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because even though I ordered before my 10 minute drive to get there, I still had to wait another 30 mins in-store as they were severely understaffed. It seemed that drive through was moving just a little bit faster. I would have left if I hadn't paid the 70 dollars worth of food online prior to arriving
Constantly have problems at this KFC. A number of staff shouldnt be in a customer service role. Plus orders are never right. Bad attitudes just top it off. Food tastes like the equipment used to cook it never gets cleaned
Waited 40 minutes for my order in store, even placed it online 20 minutes prior. If your hangry I wouldn't order any time soon
I waited 25minutes to get my order and had to return as I did not get everything I ordered. I found that the young female customer service staff where too busy gossiping with each other rather than putting orders together at a reasonable time frame
Great service, Wishing there could be a 2nd KFC in ellenbrook as sometimes it gets so extra busy and it puts a lot of pressure on staff as well.
No eft. Line was slow through drive through. All 3 go buckets were really salty, when we only asked for 1 with extra salt.
Ordered the drive through.
Giant feast and a zinger box, was told to park up and wait 4 mins for chips, ok we wait 10mins.
I go inside to collect and was met by young man with my order, which I took and drove home. I open my order once I return home only to find the zinger box was missing, so my husband calls and I drive back to store.
I waited at the counter unserved for another 10mins till a very helpful young women actually speaks to me.
I explained and she immediately organised my missing meal.
This was another wait as the burger needed to be made.
This has happened just way too many times now and this is why I'm writing this review.
Ordered $96 worth of food for the family and waited for delivery.and waited.and waited. After an hour I called the restaurant to be told the order was being packed and would be delivered in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later still no food. Finally showed up twenty minutes later. Never again
Got a family feast from here today and now I have food poisoning ran up and complained and they wanted me to go the doctors and provide a doctors note before refunding my money ill never go here again!
Amount of times I receive soggy undercooked chips and lack salt is ridiculous. Once was a kfc strong point now there weakness.
Got 2 go buckets tonight and a Zinger Box. Go bucket popcorn chicken both of them were raw. The food was absolutely disgusting what a joke. I called and told the manager the situation to which she responded "oh really? " and hung up. Very dissapointed.
Every time I come here the chips are raw and soggy! Change the timer on your fryers to longer. If I ask for crispy chips I still get the same. Please improve
Update: KFC contacted me and I was given a voucher to compensate for the previous order.
Pre ordered online and pickup via drive thru. Order was a mess. Wrong items, missing items and food terribly squashed and cold. Definitely check your bags before you leave, we didn’t and the surprise at home was awful.
Everytime iv had this KFC they have messed up my order (don't bother ordering online because they will ask you what everything is in your order and mess it up anyway). Chips are ALWAYS undercooked.
