Excellent service my appointment was on time and my doctor (Dr Waly) was fantastic and there was no rush to get me out the door

My favourite medical centre in Karratha. They bulk-bill kids, have a colouring station set up in the waiting room, and you never wait too long to see a doctor.

The reception ladies are awesome, and are always very helpful, Dr Khan is really good and very caring at what he does.

Absolutely brilliant service from every one, doctor, nurses and reception. Can not thank them all enough for their help with my issues. Worth their weight in gold.

Appointment was on time, which is always good.
Doctor Vikram Jeyagopal was able to diagnose the problem I had & had solutions for the issue.

Many thanks.

Arrived promptly. Was greeted, then checked in. Didn't wait too long to be seen by doctor. Consult with doctor was productive and straightforward.

Doctor did not turn up for appointment. Staff did not inform us of it or even interested in finding out if he was going to turn up. Just expected us to wait with no information.

Dr Kabane is a great doctor she shows empathy and understanding.
Outside of her control it can be difficult to get an appointment with her.

Received a really rude phone call. Had to reschedule an appointment due to sleeping in because I'm really unwell, got told no one there will see me because my bank card was stolen & I can't pay at the moment until my new one arrives even though they've bulk billed me before. I said I'm really sick & really need to see a Dr, they said they don't care that I'm sick & that my bank card was stolen & were terribly rude & awful to me. I won't be going there anymore.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGERY. I had bloods taken in January and received no call back. I was told this would mean the results were all clear. I called back in the following weeks to double and triple check. The receptionist at the time told me there wasn’t anything in the notes or to follow up. Again, I called back some time after as still feeling unwell and asked for the Dr to call me. No call. 10 weeks later I call back and I’m told there are notes to discuss. I received no apology from reception, just an excuse that that person wasn’t working in the at that time. When the Dr returned my call she informed me there was a text sent out in Jan, which was never received. My main complaint is that there was no follow up or care. I had to repeatedly chase this up and when I did get a call back I was then asked to pay for this follow-up. Highly unprofessional and so incredibly unhelpful.

Had a good visit to the doctor a month ago, I was given an ultrasound referral that had to be sent to the hospital, I followed up today with the medical centre on the timeframe, the receptionist gave such a loud sigh that it made me feel uncomfortable, I don't think she should be answering phones if she cannot deal with people with empathy or courtesy. Checked with the Hospital and they have not received my referral, up to me to find my copy and submit myself.

Always check that the injection you asked for is the one prescribed by the doctor for the nurse to give you

Severely unimpressed with the female doctor operating there. I refuse to deal with her after my experience. Unfortunately she is the only doctor available in all of Karratha qualified in this matter, so this means I will not be receiving the treatment. Would be nice if Karratha allowed for more than a single doctor to cover basic women’s health.

The Dr wasn't very great I had to push her for antibiotics and for $87 a visit would only go again if really needed and choose another Dr NO BULK BILLING for those that ask no wonder they all go to the hospital sad;y

We had a great experience with Dr Khan for my daughter’s check up. He has been nice and patient with our daughter and it really helps when having a check-up with a toddler.

Appointment was on time so there was no waiting which was good. My appointment was 15 minutes long so I was told I had to pay more for going past 10 minutes. Must be a bloody good Dr if he can solve everyone's problems in 10 minutes. $137 for 15 minutes what a joke. Bloke is going for early retirement

I have been with this practice for nearly two years now and am always treated really well, respected and greeted by name by the reception staff. At other practices I feel un- welcome or nervous to ask for support but not here.

Thank you again to all of the reception team for going out of their way to help me even on chaotic days when I shouldnt ask.

Special Thank you to Dr. Abdulrazak, for always making time for me.

Went to check something in particular was told the result from tests where there. They where not so I didn't get to find what I went to check in the first place. Like all other excuses. Low staff due to COVID. What does this mean? Are they sick from COVID or did they cut back staff because of the threat of COVID?

I was new in town but able to book an appointment at just a few days' notice and see a very friendly, attentive doctor.
