Jurien Bay Tourist Park

The booking didn't go well, suddenly a cabin AND a parking space were booked. This could be canceled, but then the confirmation for the parking space was missing. After asking twice, this came.
Since the reception is on December 25th. If it is not occupied, you have to ask several times how to get your documents. The PIN for the box where the documents are located does not arrive, even though it was supposedly sent twice. The lady seemed a bit annoyed and said that I had probably given the wrong mobile number. But she had already called me on the number, so she couldn't be that wrong. The parking space itself seems new, but rather sterile. In stark contrast to the washhouse. The dead cockroach changes its place several times thanks to the busy ants. According to the cleaning schedule, someone was there on December 15th and then on December 20th.here, 5 days ago and that's what it looks like. It's a bit run down; all the door handles in the men's washrooms have now fallen off. It appears to be clearly showing its age and could use some care, paint and filler. The kitchen corner is very cramped, the one fridge is a bit small for so many people.
The location on the beach is nice.
We visited many campgrounds, but unfortunately this was by far the worst of them.

We stayed on a caravan site from 23rd-27th Dec (we have stayed for 4 previous yrs with no complaints) but this stay was very disappointing The ablutions were disgusting. The cleaning roster hadn't been signed since 20th Dec and even though the toilet rolls were replenished daily the toilets/ showers were never cleaned. The hair and sand looked like they had been there for weeks. The mop bucket rollers were broken and the mop was putrid. The rubbish bins around the park were overflowing and stinking. Definitely won't be back.

A great spot to stay and explore the area, walking distance to everything. Amazing staff running the park

We had a great over night stay last night. We had a non powered site up along the main road, it was surprisingly quiet. This park has good amenities, lovely staff, basic camp kitchen that does the job. The cafe/Bar was a nice surprise, where we relaxed in the evening watching kids jumping off the pier. A lovely spot to stay.

We had a 2 bed chalet with fully equipped kitchen. The chalet was spotlessly clean. The beach a short stroll away

Love this place, super friendly staff in the office and around the park, back there in a couple of weeks.

Love it. Will be back. Who doesn't live it. It's out of the city away from the hustle and bussel of the city.

Rude, abrupt, and inappropriate managers who appear to be under a lot of stress. Stayed a few times over the years but my stay this recently was spoiled by the managers who have zero hospitality or person skills. They assume the worst, neglect to reason with their paying customers, and rudely remind customers that “we have your credit card details” at inappropriate times.

Couldn't be happier with the excellent Service and The Location the girls accommodate for my injuries was awesome. Even better than that, they allow pet's & my baby girl had shade cover. Couldn't of been happier. Extremely clean facilities & camp kitchen. Our camp spot even had light. We enjoyed every relaxing minute.

The up grade to the park is fantastic. Toilet blocks are very clean. Walking distance to beach, parks and shops.

Swimming with seals nas sealions were incredible. They come really close to swimmers. Really cool experience

Staff need to smile and be more accommodating on caravan pich choice, toilet area very tired, more like a car park stopover. It's a no from us and also my friend was charged $40 for a tent pich using on Electricity.date Fed 2022

The chalets are nice and clean love the place 2 hrs from perth and great places to eat close by beach 5 min walk

This was the worst experience ever. We booked a caravan site for 5 nights. The site was hard rock. We had no shade & struggled to get the pegs in the ground. I know Jurien is renowned for wind but the first night we had to take our annex down at midnight as we thought it was going to take off. The next morning we asked if we could change sites as our friends whom were down the back of the park had grass & shade & were protected from the wind. They advised us Jurien is always windy and the park is fully booked. So as we walked most nights to our friends van for drinks we starting counting the number of empty shady bays. What a joke. Definately wont be coming back. The front toilet block needs a complete revamp. Such a shame as Jurien foreshore has had complete overhaul, beautiful walkways, parks & lots of grass. The park is a great location, We checked out early. Not the getaway we were hoping for...

The place is lovely and close to the beach, but the staff are SO RUDE!
We didn’t realise what time check in was so we came early and the guy yelled at us and a few other cars for coming early.
The receptionist could use a lesson in customer service, well tbh they all could!
They also come over to peoples campsites to tell them off for the littlest of things when they’re just trying to have some fun on holidays.

In all honestly they should not be running a tourist park.
You go on holidays to relax and have fun, not to be yelled at and belittled by cranky men that clearly don’t like people.

In summary the park is beautiful but the staff would be better suited to running a detention camp.

Had a great time in Jurien bay caravan park. Got to say showers and toilets very clean. 5/5 only lost one star the cafe/ restaurant closed. Great caravan park to stay at

This has been a favourite of ours for years. The grass is always soft and green, the staff are lovely and the sites and cabins are generous and clean. There is a Cafe at the end of the park right near the beach and some great walking paths along the coast. We stopped in recently and noticed there is a new playground and dkatepark on the foreshore too.

Would highly recommend avoiding this campsite, Women on reception was very rude and racist on arrival definitely not suitable for families!
