Was really good till my regular practitioner left. So booked in with Dr. Collins Jenesio Oleng Oku, told him I had an odd chest pain, he clearly showed no interest when I told him the pain, didn't listen to a word I said, barely any eye contact and spent the entire time writing an unrelated note. He even "diagnosed" it as muscular pain when I specifically told him it wasn't because I knew what that felt like. After his "diagnosis" he completely ignored my existence, no recommendation, no goodbye, basically waved me away with his hand. Rude af. Lost all trust in that place and almost made me give up on trusting GPs in general after that.
Fortunately I pulled myself together because of the persistent pain, went and got a different consultation the same day and after tests found out I had a case of Aspergillosis.

Doctor Solomon is a great doctor and has always been a massive help but the admin are very poor. Not helpful and see to be very uninformed, the last lady I spoke with was terrible and had no clue about her job.

Every time caring and professional experience from all the doctors and nurses. Good medical attention to detail! After years of having low iron reading finally a doctor who suggested I have an iron infusion which i did at the clinic the next day. Fantastic Bulk Billing service.

Pretty unhappy with the service i recieved. Would save yourself the trouble and head elsewhere unless your desperate.

Excellent service from Dr Sandy and Dr Solomon, the receptionist are friendly and helpful, along with the nurse and the pathology team there too.

I've attended Jupiter Subiaco and reviewed by Dr. Sandy Pamnjit Aulakh.the consultation was a nightmare, she was so judgmental, rude, and lack of professionalism in her manner.

As a local resident, and pensioner I attended this clinic recently because I was unwell from an infection, I needed antibiotics. On entering the reception area I saw the young girl was on the phone, so I commenced filling out the new patient form to then arrange an appointment once the receptionist was free. Well, what ensued was disgraceful. The girl rudely and abruptly informed me that 'they don't take 'Walk Ins', being taken aback I simply said: 'I am not a walk in, I just want to see a doctor, do you have any free spots ASAP; It was obvious this person had zero interest in my concerns, or need to be treated. Eventually after being threatened with the police, and imperiously being dealt with I managed to secure an appointment for 2 days later. I then received a call informing me the doctor was not available, and that the following week was the only other option. It was obvious this was typical 'gatekeeper' dirty tactics - I suggest if you want to be treated with respect and common decency you use an alternative practice, this one is a complete disgrace.

Beyond a joke, went to see Dr Tuck Chin to see if I can get a script for my antidepressants as I usually go to another Jupiter clinic but this was close to work. Instead he rudely declined to write me a script stating his personal opinions on what I've been taking for over 7 years and saying I should cease taking them now. Even though I told him of my concern to ininot interrupting my routine, he was only interested in criticizing young people constantly requesting medication from this clinic.

Beyond appalled.

I was in and out of the place in less than 15 minutes and Dr. Solomon was very professional and friendly. I didn't even have to pay a cent, thanks to Medicare!

Went in to sort out some persistent dizziness that has had me falling over and vomiting for the last two weeks. I saw an old, frail man (Dr Chin) who told me I was fine and offered me some OTC medication. I said I had already been taking it and that it wasn't helping, and asked for a different one. He then shouted at me about how stemzine is the ONLY thing that helps motion sickness. Completely ignoring the fact that this is literally my area of expertise (I had to tell him 4 times because he's also deaf as a post). He then told me that I am poisoning myself and that it's all my fault - that I should stop all my medications and come see him in a week.
If he thinks I am coming back, he is sorely mistaken. I am used to being ignored by doctors, but to be abused by a man whos job it is to help people? That really takes the cake.

First time patient and I have to agree with a previous review that the service provided by Dr Tuck Chin is absolutely appalling. I just argued with him in the consult room because he sat there and told me nothing is wrong with me and to drink water. I'm sorry but there is no way I would make an appointment if I was okay! I have little voice and swollen glands that apparently he can't feel. A complete joke. I asked him if I could see a second doctor and was then offered antibiotics to get me out of there. I will not be back.

After several disappointing visits to my last GP surgery I decided it was time to move and had heard some positive things about Jupiter from friends. When I walked in the lady on reception was very polite and welcoming and the surgery looked clean and well maintained. I had an appointment with Dr Soloman, which was fantastic! Dr Soloman was very easy to talk to and had great consultation skills. The first Dr I have been to over in Australia who I honestly felt was listening and cared about his patients. Even before seeing him his presence around the surgery was welcoming and kind, smiling and saying hello to patients. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will 100% be my new GP. Thank you!

He is super rude, dismissive and unable to address my concerns.

Regardless of how good the Dr's are the receptionist is TERRIBLE, very RUDE, away from the desk leaving people waiting just to check in.

Some of the GPs can be hit or miss, but the same could be said for any clinic. Best to find one you like and then try to stick to them.

Parking is best at either Coles or Woolies nearby, just pop into the shops on your way back rather than paying for parking at the Wilson next door.

First time patient coming here as needed a bulk billing practice reasonably close to home.

Limited street parking otherwise Wilson Parking Station St.but quite expensive. $8 first 30 mins or $11 first hr.

Clean modern offices.

Service provided by doctor on duty, Dr Tuck Meng Chin was appalling! He was hard of hearing and frail, had to speak up to him and many times repeating myself to him. Also, he poked at my belly and called me fat not once but twice! Yeah I know I am but I'm here to be seen to for a second opinion to get better not for him to pass judgement and even so there can be better terms to use than to blatantly call a patient fat! Seemed he did not want to help me manage my chronic disease.

I will consider coming here again but not to see this frail and rude doctor. Avoid him and see other doctors if possible.

Great Subiaco based bulk billing facility close to the train station.didn't have to wait long. If you get there a bit earlier, you can hunt for more affordable parking around Subiaco precinct, as Wilson just outside charges $11 per hour. Great doctor, awesome first impression. Definitely going back
