Not happy at all.did not get any help.
Doctor Dion.know nothing.can t answer a question!
the nurse won t help him.the receptionist not very friendly.so cold!
doctor and receptionist spending all the time on their phone talking! More intersted than to the patient.i won t be back.a waste of time.nobody care there!

Easy to get to with public transport (close to traino). Friendly staff.wait times are reasonable.seems to have a wide range of services

I booked a Telephone consult today with Dr Ivan Lau. 20 minutes after the booked time I called the clinic to check the timing, they put me through to him & he seemed very annoyed with me & rushed me through the consultation to the point where I actually had to interrupt him while he was saying goodbye to me to ask for a prescription! 3 minutes of his time at the most.
I wouldn’t post this if this was our first experience with Dr Lau but we’re now giving up with the substandard medical care that he & Jupiter delivers

If you are going about a skin problem then choose somewhere else that specialises in just skin issues.

Very unorganiser and doctor take they time to charge long consultation and don't really do much for you. At least my experience was really bad would not try again.

Great experience starting from their lovely and friendly reception and then Dr Eihab who is a very knowledgable, really good listener and explains everything very clearly.

Very happy with the professional and thorough examination by Dr Ivan. He is detailed and provides good information regarding treatment and expected outcomes. Thank you.

Very unhappy with the receptionists at this clinic. Both unfriendly over the phone and in-clinic. I called in asking for my husband who is very ill this morning asking to see if I can get him a medical certificate, or if he has to be the one to get it through a GP tele consult. The receptionist was not accommodating at all, just said that they are fully booked today and that's it. Lack of empathy and didn't even provide any other solutions to book tomorrow or at a later time if anyone cancels.

I went for my annual mole map and skin check and will 100% be returning. The nurse was so through and the process so interesting. The dr came in afterwards and had a good look and chat and the rebate processed at the reception. Very happy

Processes of the clinic were all fine but doctor was extremely rude and made me feel ashamed about my concerns. I’ve never been spoken to that way by a doctor before.

I attended Jupiter Health for the first time yesterday. Visiting their new Physio Anthony Gurr.
I was very happy with Anthony’s professionalism and the treatment of my issue.

Fantastic Service Dr Davy Michael is very thorough. Highly recommend his professional expertise.
Karen the Receptionist is very efficient and friendly.

The Dr. I had a session with, totally misunderstood the urgency of my situation in regards to my current life situation. He was nice tho - just a one way thinker.

Good doctors but they are not bulk billing anymore from February 2023. I am not happy about that and I will have to change practice because of that.

Had an appointment with Dr Eihab Boulos. He was extremely patronising and rude. Spoke to me like I was 10 years old calling me ‘good girl’. Didnt listen to me or what I wanted. Definitely wont be taking the garbage he prescribed me after reading other peoples’ experience with the horrible side effects of what he’s prescribed me.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
I booked my partner an appointment here thinking it would be positive and that he would walk away feeling great.

He had the worst experience ever with Dr Ivan Lau. Do not recommend this place.

I had the worst experience i have ever had with a dr named Ivan lau. In experienced and made me feel very uncomfortable. Will never goto the place again

We are new to Subiaco & came in to the practice after being denied a consults by other GPS as we have symptoms and the young lady on front reception was so lovely and was able to direct us in the right direction.
Very grateful and I am sure this will be our new family GP.

I have been receiving care with the clinic for the last few years. I have been see Dr Ivan Lau and I must say one of the best GP I have seen so far. With good integrity and care for patient. Working as a health professional, I know if I am seeing a good practitioner. The team has been amazing. Thanks a lot guys for rendering care to the community.
