Very poor service. Would have given minus five if possible. Receptionist are not well trained and can’t give proper information. Specifically their GP Dr Ivan Lau gives wrong information and ill treats people. He doesn’t have proper knowledge and experience to treat patients. His practice license should be cancelled.

They deserve negative rating. They are a bunch of unprofessional people. Dr Ivan Lau has lack of experience and is very inefficient, still he argues like a stubborn. The head nurse, the receptionist and also the doctor, they all have no proper knowledge of their jobs and always provide wrong and misleading information to harass the patients, still they remain completely unapologetic. They have no integrity and dedication towards their profession. I believe they should not be allowed to work in this noble profession, they are just ruining the name of doctors. Patients like me will struggle to rely on other doctors after having such a bad experience in this clinic. They are doing business for money nothing else.

This Ivan is super unprofessional. Stomach sick, and he couldn’t tell what was the problem. Waited him for more than half an hour, he just said I can’t help, and forced us to leave in 5 minutes. What a terrible experience.

First time going to this place last week as I needed a quick bulk billing place as my local clinic was booked up saw Dr Hoon Koh after 7 minutes of examination he immediately wrote up a letter and faxed it to royal perth emergency and advised I go there right away turned out he was correct I spend 2 days in hospital for treatment for a life threatening condition that had it just been treated with antibiotics and not given more of a look at for the diagnosis it would of likely been much much darker outcome will go back again

Dr Michelle Hales followed up on my health condition explained it in detail answered all my questions and was very caring no complaints just compliments!

Pathologist Emily was caring and easygoing she took the time and did all the techniques to find my difficult veins got it first try in and out really quickly in under 10 minutes normally it takes 30 minutes and multiple attempts to get blood from me very skilled at her job will come back again

I have seen multiple doctors at this surgery and the service is excellent from all doctors. Receptionist always so helpful in helping me get an appointment. Great medical centre and it's bulk billing:)

Disgraceful customer service from reception. When the calendar reminder popped up on my phone 30 minutes before my appointment, and despite being off work due to sickness, I was compelled to cancel my appointment out of courtesy, rather than just not show, only for the receptionist to try to explain how she was sure that I could have called earlier. I thought she must have misheard me, so I again explained that I was sick, but no, she insisted that I need to call earlier next time so I said I would do my best to schedule my sickness better in the future and hung up. Then comes this letter. I tried to do the right thing by them, but I'll happily go elsewhere with this kind of reaction. On the positive side, Dr Ivan Lau is fantastic, but not good enough to put up with the hassle from reception when you try to do the righty

Visited this center last year and I was very happy with the service. A few weeks back I had another medical center cancel on me last minute and I needed to see the doctor for a flu vaccine before flying out, I called Jupiter Health Subiaco and they were able to get me in on the same day for the vaccine even though they were fully booked after I explained my situation. Lovely staff & clean practice.

I am not a person to usually write reviews but I have seen different doctors on numerous occasions and they are all knowledgeable, the last doctor who was Dr Koh was simply amazing. This is also a bulk billing center with lovely reception staff.

Very bad customer service. I have a new born and I'm having too many doctor appointments. So I ask them to send me a txt the day before of my appointment to remember me about tha and they didn't so I lost the appointment and they charge me 40 $. All medical center I'm going send txt the day before of your appointment.

Do not go to this place. The receptionist there was really off-putting. She was young and had no manners and was grumpy as. I came in smiling, and said I was a couple of minutes late. And I was greeted with, "You're really late. The doctor's really behind, you'll have to wait or reschedule. " I don't deserve that kind of greeting, especially when I'm trying to make light of the situation. Not to mention she rolled her eyes at me. Very rude. No client deserves that. The doctors and receptionists are here to help people, not to be rude to them. I'll take my kindness somewhere else, where someone recieves it nicely and isn't so rude! Disgraceful!

Had a mole mapping appointment a few weeks backs and the service was really good. The doctor was very thorough and didn't miss a detail! Nurse and young girl on reception were so lovely, will recommend to my friends:)

I have to thank Erika for recommending Dr Edward Soloman at Jupitar Health in Subiaco for my wife who is having immense earache from past 3 months. In Australia finding a caring GP (who not always encourages self-heal for all the diseases) is very tough. Thankfully, Dr Edward Soloman is caring and he listen with patience. After few weeks my wife was started feeling better and the medicines which he provided were accurate. Unlike the experience we had at "Northbridge Medical Centre" with Dr Keith Anada. When the pain started again, Dr Dr Edward Soloman recommended to a ENT Specialist which was required. Not to mention the staff at Jupiter Health are friendly and assisted my wife when she urgently needed to go to "Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital" for emergency checkup. Thank you team and Erika for telling me about this place.

Very helpful, understood the urgency of my situation and the only doctor to prescribe the right antibiotic (my 5th prescription!) for my extremely bad sinusitis. What a relief.

I would not recommend this practice at all. Dr Soloman is good however the Dr i spoke to clearly had better things to do. I made an appointment to collect my results from a test which I was told would be a phone appointment. When the Dr called he said what can I do for you. I pressumed he would know what the appointment was for. Upon receiving the results he named 2 things out of multiple things I had been tested for which everything had come back negative but I had no idea what I had been tested for but before I could ask what I was tested for he had hung up the phone. The call lasted 1 minute and 20 seconds & most of that time was him looking for my results. He come across extremely rude & disinterested in the appointment. This is not the first time I've been disappointed with this practice.

Do not see Dr. Nahid Bari, she was completely uneducated about many medical issues and was completely unhelpful struggling to understand english making my appointment practically a waste of time. If you do go to this GP I highly suggest Dr. Solomon instead as he is much more trained to deal with your medical needs.

My mum who has no medicare has been struggling to attend a doctor as it can get expensive. When we found Jupiter it was amazing as it is bulk billing. Receptionist service over the phone and in person is very welcoming and Dr Miller is highly knowledgeable. Will be back for sure:)
