Doctor Dion.know nothing.can t answer a question!
the nurse won t help him.the receptionist not very friendly.so cold!
doctor and receptionist spending all the time on their phone talking! More intersted than to the patient.i won t be back.a waste of time.nobody care there!

I booked a Telephone consult today with Dr Ivan Lau. 20 minutes after the booked time I called the clinic to check the timing, they put me through to him & he seemed very annoyed with me & rushed me through the consultation to the point where I actually had to interrupt him while he was saying goodbye to me to ask for a prescription! 3 minutes of his time at the most.
I wouldn’t post this if this was our first experience with Dr Lau but we’re now giving up with the substandard medical care that he & Jupiter delivers

If you are going about a skin problem then choose somewhere else that specialises in just skin issues.

Very unorganiser and doctor take they time to charge long consultation and don't really do much for you. At least my experience was really bad would not try again.

Very unhappy with the receptionists at this clinic. Both unfriendly over the phone and in-clinic. I called in asking for my husband who is very ill this morning asking to see if I can get him a medical certificate, or if he has to be the one to get it through a GP tele consult. The receptionist was not accommodating at all, just said that they are fully booked today and that's it. Lack of empathy and didn't even provide any other solutions to book tomorrow or at a later time if anyone cancels.

Processes of the clinic were all fine but doctor was extremely rude and made me feel ashamed about my concerns. I’ve never been spoken to that way by a doctor before.

Had an appointment with Dr Eihab Boulos. He was extremely patronising and rude. Spoke to me like I was 10 years old calling me ‘good girl’. Didnt listen to me or what I wanted. Definitely wont be taking the garbage he prescribed me after reading other peoples’ experience with the horrible side effects of what he’s prescribed me.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
I booked my partner an appointment here thinking it would be positive and that he would walk away feeling great.

I had the worst experience i have ever had with a dr named Ivan lau. In experienced and made me feel very uncomfortable. Will never goto the place again

Very poor service. Would have given minus five if possible. Receptionist are not well trained and can’t give proper information. Specifically their GP Dr Ivan Lau gives wrong information and ill treats people. He doesn’t have proper knowledge and experience to treat patients. His practice license should be cancelled.

They deserve negative rating. They are a bunch of unprofessional people. Dr Ivan Lau has lack of experience and is very inefficient, still he argues like a stubborn. The head nurse, the receptionist and also the doctor, they all have no proper knowledge of their jobs and always provide wrong and misleading information to harass the patients, still they remain completely unapologetic. They have no integrity and dedication towards their profession. I believe they should not be allowed to work in this noble profession, they are just ruining the name of doctors. Patients like me will struggle to rely on other doctors after having such a bad experience in this clinic. They are doing business for money nothing else.

This Ivan is super unprofessional. Stomach sick, and he couldn’t tell what was the problem. Waited him for more than half an hour, he just said I can’t help, and forced us to leave in 5 minutes. What a terrible experience.

I had a very unprofessional experience with Dr Davy M. Would not recommend that doctor to anyone, you will just waste your time.

Very bad customer service. I have a new born and I'm having too many doctor appointments. So I ask them to send me a txt the day before of my appointment to remember me about tha and they didn't so I lost the appointment and they charge me 40 $. All medical center I'm going send txt the day before of your appointment.

Do not go to this place. The receptionist there was really off-putting. She was young and had no manners and was grumpy as. I came in smiling, and said I was a couple of minutes late. And I was greeted with, "You're really late. The doctor's really behind, you'll have to wait or reschedule. " I don't deserve that kind of greeting, especially when I'm trying to make light of the situation. Not to mention she rolled her eyes at me. Very rude. No client deserves that. The doctors and receptionists are here to help people, not to be rude to them. I'll take my kindness somewhere else, where someone recieves it nicely and isn't so rude! Disgraceful!

I would not recommend this practice at all. Dr Soloman is good however the Dr i spoke to clearly had better things to do. I made an appointment to collect my results from a test which I was told would be a phone appointment. When the Dr called he said what can I do for you. I pressumed he would know what the appointment was for. Upon receiving the results he named 2 things out of multiple things I had been tested for which everything had come back negative but I had no idea what I had been tested for but before I could ask what I was tested for he had hung up the phone. The call lasted 1 minute and 20 seconds & most of that time was him looking for my results. He come across extremely rude & disinterested in the appointment. This is not the first time I've been disappointed with this practice.

Do not see Dr. Nahid Bari, she was completely uneducated about many medical issues and was completely unhelpful struggling to understand english making my appointment practically a waste of time. If you do go to this GP I highly suggest Dr. Solomon instead as he is much more trained to deal with your medical needs.

Was really good till my regular practitioner left. So booked in with Dr. Collins Jenesio Oleng Oku, told him I had an odd chest pain, he clearly showed no interest when I told him the pain, didn't listen to a word I said, barely any eye contact and spent the entire time writing an unrelated note. He even "diagnosed" it as muscular pain when I specifically told him it wasn't because I knew what that felt like. After his "diagnosis" he completely ignored my existence, no recommendation, no goodbye, basically waved me away with his hand. Rude af. Lost all trust in that place and almost made me give up on trusting GPs in general after that.
Fortunately I pulled myself together because of the persistent pain, went and got a different consultation the same day and after tests found out I had a case of Aspergillosis.

Pretty unhappy with the service i recieved. Would save yourself the trouble and head elsewhere unless your desperate.
