Hungry Jack's

Reduced down to two stars. Over the past month or so, service has dropped off dramatically and it is so slow at lunchtime. Have stood and waited to order for 10 minutes sometimes and it has taken just as long, if not longer, for my order to arrive. Walked out of HJs and into Maccas just down the road for much quicker service.

Just had breakfast here stale bun an a cold burger what a waste of money.
Dont come here if your in a hurry! Your waiting for along time for your order.

I go there all the time, even though it’s usually slow and I always get told to park. Last night I came at 11pm. I had two meals ordered I was asked to park. And they gave me the wrong order and left out the ice cream as well, I tried calling as soon as I got home no one answered thanks

Have been to this hungry jacks 3 times and all 3 experiences were as terrible as the next!
1. Hungry jacks were currently having the meal deal where if you buy a whopper it comes with a free chips and drink. I asked if I could purchase this deal but to have minus onion in the whopper. I was told no, if I were to take the onion out of the burger I couldn’t get the deal. I thought it was a joke at first for how ridiculous it sounded. So I kept repeating “oh, seriously? I would like minus onion, I’m not adding extra” and was still told I couldn’t have the deal if I minus the onion from the burger? I was speaking with the manager of the restaurant too.
2. Took my boyfriends 8 year old brother at 9am on a Saturday morning for a treat. Was told they had no orange juice, apple juice or water bottles that I could buy for him!? ! And the women in the drive through was just horrible and you could tell she did not wish to be there at all!
3. My mother and I went through drive through for a morning coffee. The milk was off, so my mum went to go inside the store just to advise them of the milk expiry and to throw it out for the next customer. They didn’t believe her and refused to check the milks.

I feel managers and staff need more training! Especially the managers, what ever happened to “the customers are always right”? !

This store gets worse each time. 20 min wait in the drive through, only to receive stale chips (tipped upside down in the bag even) and 2 burgers squashed flat in an extra small bag. Avoid!

Brilliant cheap food. This Hungry Jack's is one of the best. They don't have the drinks machine like some still do. I always recommend looking for vouchers online and the shake and win app can give great value for money. Using the vouchers makes this easily one of the cheapest places to eat.

Got food here on friday night.crispy chicken deluxe was delicious and fresh, however, the 2 grand angus burgers were horribly dry, stale and the meat was cold.could only eat 2 bites.i was pretty drunk and normally this means i would eat anything.my friend was also drunk and he couldnt eat his burger either for the same reasons.the girl working was also rude and i believe she was born without the ability to smile.

EVERY time I go through drive through I'm asked to go park in a waiting bay even when ordering one or two meals.you have to exit onto the road and then turn back into the car park so it's not exactly convenient. There are never any cars in the drive through behind me so I know they only ask this so their drive through times look good on the state wide comparison.

Very inconsistent service, they get the order right probably 30% of the time, doesn't matter what time of day it is or if its busy or not.

Best Hungry Jacks in Perth. Very clean and classy for an HJ's. Manager usually on duty and very professional. Can't complain.

One staff member appears to be doing all the work. No soy milk and not able to give correct change. Clean restaurant though.
