The place is in a good spot easy to get in and out, I like the $2 coffee when they make it right

Needs to prepared for customers. Was noone on the counter or anywere to be seen when I entered and I had to call out to the back of the store for service. Good burgers tho.

Super slow and disorganised. Maybe better next time but for now.
Staff took order wrong,

But I was one of 3 customers and it took over 25 mins to make a blast wrap. At 9am

The high Wycombe hungry jacks is easily located and easily accessible from Kalamunda road. One of the drive throughs was closed but it was ok as it wasn’t busy. The order was taken with easy and we were regularly offered upgrades for a cost on all things ordered which we declined. The meal took only moments to be prepared and there was little to no real wait for our food. Will go back but not in a rush

Usually ok, however tonight I got kids meal asked staff for toy / colouring book at window and they ran out any parent knows this is a pain they should have advised at the speaker as my daughter anticipated the toy. Nightmare drive home

Bit concerning when you order a burger with cheese and no pickle but you get a burger with pickles and no cheese. Tried calling the store and got no answer. Pretty poor effort HJs

Good food, although a certain staff members attitude needs to be put in check. She spoke to my parent very rudely and condescendingly.unacceptable customer service by this individual and thanks to her, I do not recommend this location.

Staff have always been friendly when I go there. Never got my order wrong before which is good for a drive thru place.

We were in the area as a once off. They accidentally left something out of the order but we were too far away to turn around and get it. They organised for it to be picked up closer to home. Excellent service.
Shame the HJs at the other end were rude.

HJ app is great for free coffee and discounted breakfast. Often have to park and wait for food however that is more linked to getting there at 6am

I ordered a regular brekky wrap and got a hash brown in it, not impressed. Then the wrap was burnt, not impressed. I dont like to complain but often we have to park out the front when there is noone behind, hate that. So decided to do a review.

Very quiet when I went and despite being cold night the AC was freezing. Service was basic and lacklustre. The layout is identical to many other hungry Jack's and the foot quality very much standard fare. The turning in was surprisingly tight and the kerbvery high meaning that low riding cars should be careful when turning in. All that said the menu is pretty inexpensive so easy to feed family whilst on a journey.

Unbelievable! Go threw the drive threw just to buy a hot chips n a frozen coke.had to wait in between 2 cars for 16 minutes wile they cooked meat.my chips were cold and had the misses beside me nearly wetting her pants dying to go to the toilet.we should have only been 2 minutes in the drive threw not 15 minutes.very unprofetional and i will avoid HJ in high wycombe now

Terrible burger. Bun was microwaved and didn't look like the correct bun. Won't be going back. Didn't eat despite being hungry.

Took my teenage son there and we both got angus burgers that his mum would never let him have. We both left disappointed realising she was right as always. Had almost no taste at all. Don't usually eat fast food and will not be rushing back.

Terrible. I never expect much from Hungry Jacks, or any fast food, but the way the burgers are put together here, Im pretty sure the staff have a competition to see who can build a burger from furthest back by throwing ingredients at a bun.

Served by a Trainee who was friendly and took our order confidently:) The tables were clean and the floor was being mopped during our visit. However, the air con was icy cold.even for us Kiwis!

Takes forever to get basic menu items. Chips are always 10 minutes late. Anything else is a longer wait.

The burgers really are better, if you get the one you ORDERED! 3 TIMES I was asked what burger I wanted. 3 TIMES! AND YOU STILL F'ED IT UP! I can't eat onion because of an allergy, but you still put it in there. I also asked for my burger to have cheese.nope. It's all good though, you guys nailed the 'Double' aspect I asked for - oh.nope that was wrong too.
There is an upside, I got my vanilla shake. Yeah sure, 1 size smaller than I paid for but hey! Its something right? !
What a bloody joke.
