Absolute garbage ordered whopper with cheese with an extra two pattys comes with two pattys (I do believe a whopper already comes with one so that makes 3) chips half full drinks 3/4 full and flat and warm chips were stale and cold absolute waste

Cold food, waste of money chips were old and disgusting, didn't eat them. Burger was dry and couldn't get more than a few bites. Absolute waste of money.

Awesome crew, Thomas and Rafe are class acts out the back with a wonderful violet running orders!

Drive through and front counter chicks are bloody useless. Will have you waiting 15 minutes for 2 burgers and drinks. Yet they would still forget to bring out the drinks. Absolutely revolting customer service, no apologies for the wait or mistake. Will stick to my chicken at KFC from now on. Useless.

They don’t take allergies and food safety seriously and the statements on their menu/website are useless when the staff don’t follow procedures. Will never go back here after the latest meal and likely not to any HJ’s as most of the food was sub-par compared to their competitors.

One of the few HJ"s I have been to that assemble a really good product. Bit like the picture folks

Have had mixed experiences with this store over the last 2+ years.

NEG = sometimes almost look like burger has been dropped before put in bag, as 1/2 contents is completely outside of bun.

POS = friendly + fast with drive-through.

Most SAT morning's our work often order breakfast for whole crew (6-8 ppl) - regular thing for last 2+ years.

This store is certainly only average. Nothing "exceptional" + as said, sometimes the burgers are below standard.

As far as HJ's goes, personally feel that this HJ store doesn't serve up the same quality that i remember as when younger.

They seem to have gone the way of "fast food nation".

Burger was ok but one of the dirtiest Hungry Jacks I've ever been in. Absolutely filthy.

Nice and clean, fries were hot and burgers didn't only have 1 slice of tomato. Staff were lovely too

I got served by a nice young lady called Sophie, i ordered the new fried chicken, She was very well mannered and polite, she asked me how my day was and she was so friendly. She asked me to write an honest review about my experience being one of her customers.

Polite staff and service is good, they always provide napkins, though around 3pm it gets very busy because of the local primary school nearby

Doesn't matter what time I visit, always have to park and wait for chips to be cooked. Good that they are hot and fresh, bit of a pain if your in a hurry

Never get orders right sad when everything goes cold while you are waiting for them to fix your order.

Casual workers still need to improve their road sense, close to running over a worker who ran in front of my car just when I was starting to approach the drive thru window.

That scared me.

Evening shift manager unable to lead team or assign roles. Total chaos. Orders are piling up and customers are waiting to be served.
I’ve waited for my order for 15min and counting. Think they need organisation and dire help. Staff fill up the missing gaps, no proper assigning of roles. Very poor system but the manager saves the day by appeasing those who are waiting with and! Well done! You can do it!

I recommend this business, had great customer service and just a great place to be around.however when i arrived at 6am, there as only the manager working and no other employees, although food came out quicker than expected.

Friendly staff good quality food - not always case at HJs! Quiet place with limited space but does the job.

How good is Haiku for a whinge!

Up to standard and ok service. It is good to notice that the burgers here are bigger than the maccas' ones, which makes it a better value for money imo.
