I've been here a few times food was always cold as I finish work at 10pm

When I spoke to the fella about the food being cold the prick pointed as he was in the fone

The manager satiphan took my order and the young lady hand out my order I don’t remember the name, very good service quick and fast friendly my food was hot and fresh definitely coming back again for my lunch again thank you HJ high Wycombe very happy with the service I received

Angus Beef burgers are actually pretty good by any standard. Wish there would be some salads available as well

This rude ugly manager being really disrespectful towards young children just trying to order food. We were waiting for our food until a discriminatory order was barked at us then get out for no reason. Filthy

I ordered a whopper junior and large fries at approximately 9pm last night at the drive through. I specifically asked for fresh. The girl at the window asked, which bit, I said all of it. The chips were hot and fresh and tasty, the burger was definitely the opposite. So much so that an hour later I felt sick in the tummy. I had to call in sick for work today as I still was not well. If there's a next time, AND I ask for fresh, I EXPECT FRESH.

Worst hungry jack ever, staff have a major attitude problem, rude from the minute you roll up, cold food and drinks not filled completely.always something missing from the order.pathetic bunch of rude children operating the store.never going back

Hungry Jacks has been around since my childhood (and I am getting old now). It is always a pleasure to enjoy a whopper and relive some of those childhood memories.

Naturally things change as the years roll by but hopefully for the better.

I still love a good whopper and today I could see the emphasis placed on staff training which is so important in the fast food market. Staff are a critical part of the overall experience so it's good to see hj's putting effort into the important things.

Not bad. A better HJs than most. Unfortunately the chips are never fresh. Even during the busier periods. Other than that pretty tasty. Good service

Horrible customer service there were 2 employees sitting in a corner of the kitchen no one working on drive through took 5 minutes for 2 frozen drinks when we were the only order and no apologies

I want to love you, but your frozen coke machine is always out of order. Please fix it - I don't want to be forced to go to Midland.

I usually love this hungry jacks and trust it over all the others in the area but tonight the fried chicken burger was appalling.i tried to push past the oddly textured fried chicken outside coating.some parts were crunchy others were so dried out it was chewy in a way.i had to stop about halfway it wasn’t getting any better.the underside of the chicken was also weirdly hard making it stringy.not sure if it was over cooked, old or both but i’m praying i don’t get sick if it’s old.high wycombe usually does it best but i think some of the workers are overworked because quality dropped massively.upsetting: (

You have a young girl working the morning shift, that is oblivious to how loud she screams in to the mic, (You can hear her in the carpark at the shopping centre) not only that she is very rude when you continue through to get your order, there are no pleasantries exchanged, slams the window shut after this morning's episode I will no longer be a customer at your store

The service was very slow and it was 8.45am. No more customers in the shop.
I only ordered a coffee.

Smaller icecream servings through the drive through than other Hungry Jack's.
Quick service, handy location, prices are fine. It's fast food, you get what you get.

Friendly staff good quality food - not always case at HJs! Quiet place with limited space but does the job.
UPDATE: just visited Sunday morning it is overrun with food delivery people with big orders and seems short staffed so long wait. Not good.

Restaurants staff really need to follow health and safety regs. You never put salad that fell on a work bench back into the salad containers and you always keep surfaces clean. You also never put someone's food on a dirt work surface unless you place it onto the wrapper with the two young children didn't do. Really it doesn't take much to train staff correctly

I ordered 4 meals I only received 3 went to walk back in there told them & one of the male workers tried to argue the point to say we didn't pay for it yet a woman served us & seen I definitely payed for all 4 meals anyways get home & still missing a sauce & both large whopper meals were both cold which I had to warm up at home how disappointing is that never again will I be buying from HJ in HW.burger patties are ment to be hot fresh ready to eat not cold like it was pulled out of the fridge & heated up hate to say but I'm a very unhappy customer & won't be going back there again.

So many lovely staff! Especially Stevie and the Manager, Nathaniel.
My wee boy's favourite place, he even aptly named our cat we rescued from the streets "Huuuunnngry Jax".
