Hungry Jack's

Ordered avocardo and bacon chicken burger, literally so cold it could of come out of my fridge, straight into the bin. Tried to call and make a complaint, no answer. Well done Hungry Jack's.not

Really rude cashier, haven’t had customer service like this in my whole life.
If you aren’t going through the drive thru, don’t bother coming at all.
Really offended and disappointed.

Half the time these guys get the order right and it's decent food and then other half it's wrong (I've learnt to spot the staff that will get it wrong). I always order the same thing so it can be frustrating when it comes back wrong but overall, when it's right, decent food.

Bacong Deluxe are amazing. This particular HJs is good for a drunken blather whilst waiting on your order.

Evertytime i go there, staff is slack and dont take me seriously. ALWAYS mucks up my order. Bought mini hot cakes and for some reason they tasted sour! I just feel ripped off.worst Hungry jacks in perth

My husband waited in the waiting pay for 15 mins whilst 8 cars got their orders through drivethru. He asked for his meal and they still hadn't made it, no apology, he asked for his money back and left. I called up to complain and the manager covered in tats had no idea and said they 'lost track'- looks like they need a few more brain cells

Coke was flat and customer service attendant was less than helpful.coke should not be poured 10 minutes before being served. If machine in broken it should be advised at time of purchase.

This place was absolutely horrible they were cleaning with water everywhere while preparing foodand there was no one serving at the counter while they joked and danced and sang about in the back so we left and went to another store! Pick up your game!

The service staff here is very bad. I asked her why she is so serious, not polite, even the receipts are lazy pass to me, I have to take it from the machine myself, the Date is morning 27/01/2019

Very strange interaction with the drive thru - ordered a large vanilla thickshake and angry onions. $8.75. All good. Gave her $9. Oh its $9.75. Ummm ok. Gave her extra $5 note. Gave me way less change back. Called them to let them know. Terrible phone line with the guy just yelling ‘hello, hello’ over and over.

New manger at hungry jacks Mount Lawley is a rude lady I have never felt more self continuous about ordering a meal in My whole life.
Sure my body is not perfect but you don’t need to point int out in front of other customers and put me to shame, zero stars and I will never come back to this rude service again

Just wanted to try the vegan burger. It was ok, passable but somewhat uninspired. Vegan cheese and mayo was good, there wasnt much flavour or texture to the patties though. Appreciate the effort, keep working on it!

The poor girl on shift was by herself all night, SHE WAS AMAZING.but it took SOOOO long.not her fault at all.she should not be left on her own like that.

Cheapest fast food as similar to other Hungry Jack's. Place is small, about 5 tables. The drinks machine is under maintenance too often.

This Hungry Jack's consistently makes simple mistakes like forgetting to put mayonnaise on a Whopper or forgetting to give you fries with your meal, and the service is slow and often unfriendly. Might be the worst managed Hungry Jack's in WA. This review comes from someone that has worked full time at a HJs store for at least 2 years and learnt all the roles and knows how easy it is to do things right. However it is my local HJs: (

Really good service. I went there few times and every time I order from there, they make sure they give me fresh food. Way better than other hungry jacks. Keep it up guys.

I called this venue for ask if they had storm ice cream and lava cake.well they said yes.
However when we went there and order they said they don't have any desert so i explained that i called before and at the end they give me the items.
The storm with oreo have just a dust of oreo on top and the lava cake didn't had any lava.was just a piece of chocolate with a bit of cream on top.never order desert at hangry jack.

If I ordered 10 meals from here 9 of them would be incorrect. The only reason I would go to this store is because it’s on my way home and easy access. The service is subpar.

If there is a manager at this store please implement some basic food service training workshop. My meals are wrong 90% of the time

Very poor. Everytime I go there (day or night, busy or slow) I am asked to wait in the parking bays whilst the next three customers behind me get served and sent on their way. I only ever order off the menu and never ask for anything extra. So glad they are opening another store near me soon. Hopefully will get better service there. Wont be going here agajn that's for sure.

Very slow service, i had to park up and waited 5 min for my order. Indian Manager not friendly at all
