Terrible service. I didn't expect much from this restaurant, but this went very far away. I ordered through the app, and they received my order because I could see clearly on the screen, and my order never went out; after 30 minutes, the manager said that they never received the order or just arrived when the screen displayed the opposite, never I will be back to this restaurant, unprofessional and terrible service.

Great Hungry Jack's serving all your favourite burgers and drinks. This location has a drive thru facility.

Parking can ve tricky as only 6 bays at this site but street parking is available down Vincent and Beaufort.

Service was quick and the Burgers were delicious. I do like this location as it has a real cool inner city vibe. Very handy location for local residents to walk to.

Avoid this dive at all cost.the children there are useless and the wait times are longer than Disneyland rides.

Its a fast food restaurant. Looks like no seeting in space. Usually when Im there I get a small wait cause the food is being cooked fresh.

Food was cold from Uber service asked for stuff to be taken out and wasn't this is the worst HJs in the state and I don't think the staff really cares stay away you will probably end up getting sick

This is our 3rd time we try to get food from this place and we have been served old, stale burgers. Orders have always been short with something (chips, nuggets etc.)
We DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SITE!

I have been to this place many times on the way home from work and the people that work here do not care about their job. Management is to blame for this not the staff because S? ! & travels downhill. The orders are either wrong or it looks like a 6 year old put the food together. I hope hungry jacks HQ take notice of the fact that a 'restaurant' like this is sitting at 3 stars. Seriously up your game, it's not hard.

Went at 8pm on a Sunday, it wasn't busy at all and received terrible customer service. The food was cold, super greasy and sloppy. Just go to a better store.

Very bad customer service.it took 20min for my meal and they weren't busy.the food was not great

Loss of 2 for only opening the drive through when when a lot of paper are walking after the leave the bars. You have the staff.
First, second and third for the staff.
Managements ability to assess risk and use common sense, which I never see, in every line of work. Work ethics here in OZ specially in hospitality. Not so good.
Good to see Hungry Jacks leading the way.

Worst HJs around, both in execution and service but unfortunately it is our local dirty fast food.

Last time was the last straw as we ordered a smoky bbq Angus burger that ended up with no onions, no bacon and mustard on it and a double whopper with cheese that ended up a vegan burger. Didn’t realise until we’d gotten home so called up and spoke with a young worker who told us to come through drive through next time to get the correct order complimentary. Rocked up tonight, was asked to come to the drive through window to speak to the manager who was clearly irritated, told us this wasn’t the process and that we couldn’t do this through drive through we had to go inside since there were others behind us. Ended up just ordering and paying for what we wanted but won’t be back.

Worst service, we have clearly mentioned that we needed something vegetarian and we got in burger and when I called them back, they refused it worst

I never write bad reviews. Im always on point with uber eats.but this was terrible cold burger wrong desert.a complete waste of money

Typical HJS, although had to wait awhile in the waiting bay, which was not expected for breakfast on a Friday morning.

They do not listern to your order it not the only q order a blat not a bacon and egg they need to listen

This place is absolutely disgusting. Terrible service and food was so awful I threw up. Took 15 mins for them to take my order and we waited for 30 mins for 3 items.
Other hungry jacks are much better and this one should be shut down, or at least they should reconsider their staff choices.

Order on menu log 1 hour before closing time didnt get my food had to get a refund on menu log a abouslte joke what the hell never again will i order here this is crazy

You go to places like this for fast food, not to wait 35-40 minutes for a large chips and a medium coke

My daughter and I had the worst food poisoning from here. Will never be eating hungry jacks again. This store is dirty and Cleary unhygienic

Waited at drive thru window that said 'please pay here' for 5 min before someone showed up to move me along (I was the only one in drive thru)
When I got my meal they forgot my icecream and when they did get me one it was a storm with hardly any icecream in it.
Then finally I get home to have my burger and they didn't remove the onion or pickle like I asked them to.
Staff weren't proactive or that professional
