Hungry Jack's

I bought a few whopper burgers and they were great the burgers were well presented it seems to be consistent good quality lately i recomend eating at the mount lawley hungry jacks store

They make their burgers like I put on my sunscreen. Slip slip slap. Yuck. Plus with the pricing it's not worth it. Better off going for a meal at the pub.

Terrible customer service by who I assume who is the manager (big guy with neck beard) tonight the 22nd of July.

The order was wrong but then told us we didn't actually say what we said and was angry and abrupt. We also got told to wait for the food but then when we got it, it was cold. Don't understand.

Fast service, staff are good at their job and quick.

Only downside is that it is hard to turn out of their once you get in because of the traffic.

Disgusting pathetic customer service I would never afford to anyone as a retail worker myself. Don’t bother placing an order via the app they’ll treat you like you don’t matter, take your money and hang up on you because they don’t wanna deal with you. Couldn’t care less about anything other than your $$$$$$

The catchphrase "the burgers are better at hungry jacks" is no longer true. Not just reflective of this HJs, but every HJs experience I've had in the last 18 or so months, albeit, only a few, have been remarkably disappointing. Soggy burgers, cold stale chips is generally pretty standard now, and I'll try to remind myself to not do this again.
At least, at this HJs, the service was good (or at least acceptable for the limited interaction you have in a drive through), which can't be said for other locations.

It's a different hungry Jack's compared to the other ones out there in Australia you go up to the window and do your order from my there here is no door to go in like most of them out there but the food is still good to eat there.

Service is consistently below average. All staff could do with training focusing on customer service. Often directed to the waiting bay even when not busy.

Whenever I get Hungry Jacks I drive the extra distance to Mount Lawley to see Curtis the G! He is an absolute ASSET

The manager Silva was very very rude and don't deserve a sweeper job at restaurant but he is a manager there unfortunately. My order was 45 min late and there was no car in drive through and no other customer at restaurant as well. I asked him why order is so late and his answer was " All Hungry Jacks do that. It is what it is" and slammed the windows on me. So pathetic. Should be ashamed. Hungry Jack management should take some action against him as ratings of the store are also very low.

Once I ordered chicken burger here but when i checked it after coming home i found out the bacon burger so when i went back to store the night manager who was working there told me its your fault even though i was very clear with my order and also the way he changed my burger wasn't something which suits managers No sorry nothing just took that burger from me threw it into the bin aggressively literally I didn't get what he wanted to prove there with that behaviour.

I wish I could give you 0 star. Very unprofessional staff. Specially their manager Silva is always very rude and unprofessional.

Extremely slow cooking. Waited 25 minutes before I got my order very strange only two staff working today 03/03/2022

WIthout doubt that was one the most disgusting burger of my life i coudnt bite it more then twice and thrown away.you shoudnt be allowed to sell such a disgasting food. Dogs woudnt eat it either.

In a word; Disgusting!

The quality of the 'food' was an absolute disgrace.

Appalling service and wait time. Waited 15 minutes for 2 medium chips with no one else in drive through. This HJs always had the world's longest wait time. Don't recommend unless you've got an hour spare to wait for food

Had to wait for 10 minutes for food to be brought to my car. Further 10bminute drive and I go to eat the food, it was cold. Thankfully my hotel room had a microwave

Waited ten minutes, a line of 11 people formed behind us, when we finally got served they ran out of everything we wanted! After an eyeroll and some attitude we finally got our poorly made ice creams. Do better #theburgersarentbetter

Food was not fresh slapped together with no care wrong ratio of ingredients and chips stone cold and hard.
