Hungry Jack's

This used to be affectionately known by locals as The Worst Hungry Jacks In Perth. But they have managed to pull up their socks of late, and that honour now goes to the City outlet. They will get your order right about 60% of the time these days. And the kids working the drive-through are Mt-Lawley-Polite.
It's a pass.

You can get very unique experiences here. The one and only in Perth. Make sure you come and visit as they only have very deaf and totally blind people working here. You can wait for as many hours as you like and you won't get any service. (they might appear to look normal, but don't get fooled by just the looks. They can't see you!)

Worst customer service i have seen in my entire life. They need some extra training to be quick with orders. They can even make you wait 30 mins for just a burger. Whoever, is managing this outlet needs to be replaced asap.

Waited 20 minutes for my order while they prioritised drive through and gave my chips to those in cars. Whopper was a sad looking burger with stale bread. Save yourself the angst and go further up Beaufort St to Macca's Highgate instead. At least they're organised there. Don't go to this HJs, you're better than this, unless you have a fetish for poor service.

Used the drive-through after an event to satify the hunger. Got 2x Rebel Whopper meals made vegan. Was served quickly and didn't have to wait very long at all. Food was delicious, chips were salty and drinks were cold. Attendants were friendly.

Ordered, got told to drive to the last window. Got to that window and got told to drive back around to the beginning to pay at the other window. Then had to redo order as they got it wrong. Drive to the next window again. Repeat order because they still didn't understand it. Nobody was wearing hairnets #healthandsafety

When you order from this HJs it's more likely they'll forget an item, than give you your correct order. It's happened to me and my housemates more times from this place than every other restaurant combined. To the point that it makes you wonder if they're doing it deliberately to make more money.

Enjoy a burger outside in the rain while a hipster with a mix-breed dog glares at you for not being vegan

Honestly, they should just close front counter and concentrate on drive thru and improve their shonky as f service. 80% of time there will be a screw up with your order so check ppl. Going there late on friday and sat night can be trippy too! Some crazy characters around

I had the best drive thru experience. Recently. They heard me correct. Wasn’t waiting ages. Got my correct order. Food was good.
Not gonna lie. I feel like I should never visit this one again just in case it was a fluke. Haha

Staff are slow as, took 7 minutes to try to make 2 cheeseburgers. The manager told me he was training staff but there was about 4 staff standing around doing nothing. Need a better manager (one who isn’t so lazy and)

Horrible service! Nobody at the counter. They just don’t care that we are waiting outside for so long. Looks like the place is too small and they are short staff. I’m still waiting here and I did order o line while still at home. You ask them how long more and they say that they don’t know. Well justcgot my food and is missing more than half of the fries box for share and missing the pop’n chicken 20pcs as well as two small cokes. Then it’s cause the staff who made it lost his glass I’ve been told. Very niceyyyyy

I ordered a chicken Royale didn’t get it I asked the server for it she refused to give it to me saying she gave it to someone else had to get manger who didn’t believe me and then had to show bank statements all for a 3 dollar burger finally got it but rude staff and poor customer service

Whopper tasted like it had rotten fish in it. Not even exaggerating, took one bite and almost threw up. This was after waiting about 20 minutes for it. Bad

Very rude staff, one of the girls said “what” in a very aggressive and disgusted way and i was quite offended.

Hungry Jacks is Hungry Jacks, but don't come to this one if you want a quick snack. Waited 20 minutes for a chicken and chips snack cup. No people waiting when I ordered, no line in the drive thru.

A cosy little spot and friendly service, the parking area inside is strategically placed so other random people can't get in. Burgers were done well, ️

Small restaurant only offering a few outdoor seatings. The beef patty I got was dry but the chips were good though.

Anyone who loves coffee would know the difference, not happy when you drive out for a taste of their so called "barista made style coffee" they advertise, and HJs probably just isn't barista ready

Ordered a burger with no mayo, got one with mayo. Good thing that I checked it before leaving and told the staff. They were nice and they have me another burger and when I got home it also had mayo in it. Burger went to the bin.
Fries weren't the freshest either.
