Floor staff are more interested in each other than attending to customers, and get annoyed when you approach them / interrupt their conversation

I am really really happy with the service I have had here. I have had a FitBit for the past 4 years and had it replaced multiple times by the team at Harvey Norman. Their support team are outstanding. They go over and above when it comes to service and help. They have a great product purchase tracking facility that I have not seen anywhere else, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Handy location easy to get to and huge variety of everything, particular favourite of mine is the AV section. The TV I purchased 7 years ago is still alive and kicking, waiting for it to fail so i can update. I will return here. Large item pickups are not far away from here too. Bring a van!
Great staff. Sometimes they tend to not have a stock of all items in store but they have a collection warehouse nearby that even takes your old unused items. Usually its always a good idea to chech around for cheaper prices as these guys will pricematch and I have saved well over $400 on one item alone from doing this. Their return policy is pretty good most of the time but I would recommend getting them to write it down for piece of mind as they have changed return policies on me in the past which has caused delays and other issues.
