First time shopping here and very impressed! Parking is great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Always smiling.

I waited for over 20 mins in the click and collect bay and when I went to see what was going on my package was just on the desk waiting and there was no apology or anything. It was very disappointing and dismissive. Do not recommend horrible service!

I visited the Joondalup branch on the 31st of December. I was amazed at how good the service was in the Computer department. From the service area to the sales staff. Very pleasant experience. Thank you, will definitely be back.

Great, helpful staff, great advise and decent prices, I bought a 55” LG smart TV, works great and got a great deal too which was a bonus.

They sell you something give you a pick up date that you request. Drive several times to the warehouse and item not available. Call them to discuss way forward they ask you to drive to their shop for a refund. Poor customer service.

Received excellent service by Junaid. He made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend talking to him if you have any inquiries.

Really good service, solid products. I got next day (Saturday) delivery at 8am in Iluka! (Normally from most companies we are the last delivery of the day and get told a delivery time of between 8-5 wasting a whole day waiting). We got a text to say they will be there between 8-10 and they were there at 8am. The delivery guys were amazing and got my giant couch up a tight set if stairs without touching the wall or the stairwell. I could not be more impressed.

Very impressed with after sales service even though my problem happened years later. Furst place i would go for anything i want, love the service.

Happy to sell extended warranty which will only get you Factory Seconds, not what you paid for, nor were promised by sales staff.
Purchased a Breville Dual Boiler and under advisement purchased the extended warranty. Glad I did as the grinder stopped working after 16 months. Took it to an authorized repair shop and they had to order me a 'new' grinder. After 8 weeks and numerous phone calls on my behalf I finally received my replacement grinder.
The box has been crushed and torn on the side, and there is a bright green sticker proclaiming that the product is a Factory Second.
Now I'm not even game to open it in case it is already damaged and I get the blame for it.
Terrible customer service from Breville and Harvey Norman.
Harvey Norman - if the manufacturers you do business with treat your customers this way, it ends up being a reflection on you.

Harvey Norman have come along way and are much better without being like car salesman. HN have a great range of products including top brands.

Went to buy dining table and chairs they had priced match from there sale that had finish so got it for same price sales people were Chris and Sandy. I'm still waiting on chairs but Tom the store manager is wonderful well done guys. Geraldine

The Extended Warranty Product Care package is an absolute rip-off. I bought an Ariston Dish Washer slightly over two years ago and lately has a leakage problem. As the machine has passed its Warranty period I called up Product Care to get a very cool reception.

In frustration I got the assistance of a Harvey Norman staff to contact them again. What happened after that is a joke. Product Care emailed me a nice letter and promised to send someone to my house within 2 working days. No one turned up and the matter is left to hang in the air.

Don't be deceived guys into buying this Harvey Norman Product Care Extended Warranty package. It is an absolute rip-off and a con job. I will be bringing the matter to the next level.

Some great appliances at Harvey Norman and friendly staff. Glad to see some of the furniture is not so old school looking now and some good sofas have be placed on the showroom floor. Store does need to be updated to modern times and feels things haven't changed since buying 8 years ago! Showrooms could be better with more space to walk around the products. Overhaul I give 5 Star to customer service teams

I just went to this Harvey Norman to buy a laptop. I waited for 20 minutes without even being acknowledge by the sales staff. I was clearly waiting for assistance but was ignored. I left with my cash in my wallet and will take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service

Not great. Store manager in furniture dept on Sunday would not even budge on price. Very poor. Thats ok, will try another store like the furniture gallery!

Staff were fantastic when I came in looking for a new router to pair with my new NBN network at home, since the default router modem was weak I needed a new stronger router, the guys in the tech department were amazing and helped me find the best one for me for my budget.
They picked out the D-Link COBRA AC5300. It was easy to set up and was super strong, fantastic router.
