We have been customers of this store for over 10 years and they never fail to impress with their product knowledge and outstanding customer service.
Today was just another example of their exemplary service and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Terrible service
I bought iphone 14 pro for my wife and she just opened the box. She doesn’t like it. She want to swap to iphone 14pro max. Harvey norman refused to swap as it was opened and warranty started already. My wife only just open the box, even didn’t touch it. I won’t come back anymore.

The stock was good, the showroom immaculate. Lovely man in electrical helped me with my toaster and kettle choice. Lady on checkout looked like serving me was beneath her, I was in comfy clothes as I was on my way too hospital for a procedure.

An excellent experience in customer service today, and a great new Acer desktop monitor at a good price.
I called ahead to enquire about business pricing and spoke to Hannah, who made sure that I was getting the best price and that the monitor was ready and waiting at the front desk; and Toby was a great help in getting the large box into my small car.

The electrical section manager needs a course in customer service! After we arranged a mattress from the fantastic lady (Anna) in bedding department she assured us we could get a TV and together we would qualify for the longer term interest free. We went to electrical, knew what we wanted only to be be told we couldn’t combine the two. A young lady from electrical investigated the issue further and said we could combine the two, much to the disgust of the electrical manager who was very unprofessional with his loud condemnation of the issue. I went to collect the items only to be told the transaction for tv was not correct and had to return to store. All the staff were busy so I started to approach the manager as he was free, after eye contact, he turned his back and walked away. Pathetic!
I waited for the young lady who went out of her way earlier to help and she rectified the issue immediately and was very apologetic. She should be the manager!

Very hard to get a hold of anyone here via telephone, easier to walk into store. Car park/parking can be pretty crummy at times. Reverse parking is your best option to save you from being hit by the goons that fly into the park lot.

Once again, exceptional customer service. Thank you to Jackson for offering such a great price on cricut products and we absolutely loved the enthusiasm and passion of Jack in the audio visual section. Keep up the good work!

Surprisingly good. Large dedicated carpark with load8n bays. Enter from southern side. Very large furniture section going through and into the electronics / homewares section.

Definitely worth a look into. Deceptively larger then it looks from the main road.

I was moving house last week and needed a lounge.  After looking at the impressive range I had my eyes set on the Archie suite. I had already sent an email requesting the suite details two weeks prior, but I needed to purchase and collect the lounge that day!
My family had to make use of a removal truck that was only available for one day.

My daughter and I waltzed into Harvey Norman Joondalup and were greeted by a beautiful lady named Tracy.
We explained our situation and the limitations of time and resources.

Tracy accepted the challenge, however stock availability presented a problem, not deterred she went to work and within 15 minutes we were finalising payment!
Seamless!

Highly recommend Harvey Norman for their incredibly committed staff.

Tracy was absolutely delightful, we organised collection of the lounge for that day, we had a laugh and a joke throughout the process and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure.

Harvey Norman Joondalup now has five new and very loyal customers as my family and I will happily shop there for years to come.

Phoned and put 2 items on hold and said will pick up following day, do you want payment NO.
Ok so I drive 50 mins to store to collect and guy looks in computer says yep I’ll just grab them, comes back to me says sorry can’t find them.
So I say should I wait no he says won’t find them tonight we’ll call you.
Pretty poor if you say you have something on hold under my name but then can’t find it.

Got what we were after, staff were friendly and helpful As always staff were brilliant and we found what we were looking for. Again staff looked after us, we were happy with our purchase.

Today I visited Mamun at Harvey Norman as I had lost access to contacts on my phone. Mamun suggested I update my phone and plan and have all data uploaded to the new phone. He was very friendly and obliging and resolved not only the problem of restoring the lost contacts but I also got a new phone! Very satisfied customer.

Went to Joondalup store to buy two front loader washing machines, one with dryer… had the pleasure of being served by Luca, friendly and professional… his knowledge was outstanding, highly recommended!

Great staff, just want to say a huge thanks to Colin, helped us out with our new fridge! Arrived on the actual date promised! After being told from another company they couldn't provide with a date but if we wanted to lock in a new fridge on the next shipment we would have to pay in full! Yeh right. Thanks heaps again Colin. Bloody champion!

Friendly staff and good service and if you're a good negotiator then you should be able to pickup a good deal

We had an amazing customer service experience by Mamun! Really kind, friendly, and helpful! Not mention, great communication skill, very professional and very detail about explaining a promotional which lead us to received a huge amount of discount! Haven’t seen a salesman as passionate and care as him before! He is a MVP. Definitely will come back in the future. Everyone, please be like Mamun.

Highly recommend Harvey Norman Joondalup. I called Thursday night to see whether or not they had a particular TV in stock in which Kaleb E told me they had one left and he put this aside for me. I attended the store and purchased the TV for pick up the next day. Later realised the TV wouldn’t fit in my vehicle I contacted the store Saturday morning and Kaleb informed me he could have the TV delivered within the hour. Delivery man arrived and safely placed in my lounge. Kaleb and the team were great communicators and I will be attending this store again. Thank you Harvey Norman Joondalup.
