Very careless staff. I asked about a product over the phone which was deemed to be available and I double checked to confirm it was the correct product with affirmation from the staff. I asked the product to be put on hold to which they did only to ring me back 90mins later as I walked into the store to tell me that it was the product I was after was out of stock. I wasted an hour driving to and from home. Absurdly lazy staff who did not double check for product availability. Absolute waste of time.

Great service without being too pushy.much better than elsewhere that we'd been that day.we were able to have a good look and when we were ready for help they were right there! We bought exactly what we wanted without being pushed into it!

A great experience. We were served by 2 people as the store was extremely busy. Tom a big thank you for going the extra mile! We purchased the Bahamas dining table setting, coffee table, buffet and lamp table. I wish there was more in the range, love it. A bit awkward putting the tables together but we’ll worth it. I arranged delivery and then needed to change the day and once again tom helped out with no bother.quick delivery too.

Tried ordering a bed for my daughter in mid november as she is too big for her current bed and has been sleeping in our bed with us.was told it would be in by december 12th-ish.hadnt heard anything so called around then to enquire.was told their supplier has put it in a container and it would arrive by the 23rd of december.but wont get unloaded til january 10th and they would contact me then for delivery.still hadnt heard anything so called again.they called me back the next day to tell me that their supplier is sending it and would hopefully be in by the end of JANUARY! When i explained the info they had previously given me, all she could say that it wasnt her.pretty lousey service and i guess just make promises to get the sales.if we are lucky maybe we might get it by xmas 2022

Super impressed with staff Toby he was very patience and helpful with me having very little knowledge of the jargon on modem and hard drive giving absolutely high standard customer service. And communicating with my husband over the phone making my shopping experience a delightful one. With much gratitude.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Walked into the electronics section, I was one of about three customers in the store. Not one employee asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me. I found what I was looking for myself, and wanted to try it out. I looked around for assistance and saw a group of 3 employees standing around talking to each other, another 2 talking to each other (they looked at me and ignored me), and two others sitting at their desks. No one walking around helping customers. I eventually made eye contact with one lady who asked if I needed help. I said yes please and she assisted me with testing the product. After a few minutes of deciding, I grabbed the product and looked for somewhere to pay. Still trying to get someone's attention for assistance I gave up and went to JB to buy the exact same product. I will not go back, and I did not feel valued as a customer.

IGA has minimal variety of products which can be disappointing at times. Their produce is fresh but expensive

Mamun has been my go to guy for electronics at Harvey Norman for ages. The customer service he provides is incredible. He's knowledgeable, down to earth, and genuinely cares about people. Thanks heaps Mamun for hooking me up with yet another outstanding Harvey Norman product. My new mobile might not be as slick as the Samsung S21 5G but the Oppo A54 is just what I needed. I also wanna give a shout out to Jared who also took the time to step me through how to back up my data today.

We buy everything from “Yosi” our Harvey Norman Joondalup go to representative. We have used Yosi’s services for over 20 years. The best part of Yosi is his after sales service. Our entire family uses him if he is not there we wait. Thank you Yosi for your valuable service!

This store and it's staff always seem helpful and polite. Further than Osborne Park for us but worth it for the service.

I shopped around at a few stores
looking for a printer/scanner, found a variety of them at Harvey Norman Joondalup, friendly and helpful staff, prices to suit ones budget check it out some gr8 deals.

Warning… if you buy anything from the kitchen appliance department like range hood, cooktop, sink etc and you open the box and it’s not the right size … they do not take it back or exchange it… we were given completely wrong advice by salesperson… bought something on trust …it wasn’t the right fit and was told absolute zero chance of refund or exchange as box had been open…never will shop there again…

Visited Harvey Norman Joondalup today to buy a laptop and phone. It took three hours as sales person told me to call optus to change phone plans to gain a better bew plan. After toe and half hours waiting on the message of optus chat via their app I was told the Optus department I needed was not open today. Total waste of time. After this I then waited a further 45 minutes for the Harvey Normn sales person as no other sales person could assist me. My wife walked around the store and was approached by another sales person who kindly offered her free 50 photos which was nice howver when she approached the photolab to develop the photos another sales person said it would take 5 mins to process. My wife stood for a firther 15 minutes and saw the sales person leave for the day without telling her someone else would assist. Meanwhile after three hours I managed to purchase a lotop and phone I now need to cancel my original phone plan with Optus another day as I now have a new plan plus my existing plan. What a mess. The salespeople should tell customers that Optus do not open to change plans on Sunday's

People alway post negative reviews and rarely the positive ones… I just wanted to say that Emma in bedding is probably one of the most polite and lovely people I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Much appreciated
