Bought a phone charger wouldn't charge phone skinny rude tech guy gave a store credit and took 20% off so I was out of pocket sorry won't be shopping here again.
I went to the Cannington branch to return a faulty iron. Unfortunately I couldn't find the receipt. Thankfully, I was was served by Gladys who, at her suggestion, spent 10 minutes looking on the computer for a sale record that matched my credit card to process a warranty. Service above and beyond. Thank you Gladys.
I wish the staff were more knowledgeable, and I feel the lack of prices online for certain items is very dodgy.
Big store and variety range of products to choose from. However, guys over there need to be more proactive and more approachable, comparatively with other showrooms HNs or competitors!
Plenty of items to choose from! Well-priced especially during sale seasons. The staff members are very helpful, some more so than others. The part I like best with HN is their recycling scheme. Bought a new TV recently because my old one died, and we could discarded at the shop when we picked up our new one. Two thumbs up from me!

My wife bought 2 small drones for her nephews. 25 each. The drones were easy enough for the kids to use.
I thought that one of the drones was damaged when it was purchased. I was able to get it swapped easily
Very worst customer service team. It seems like they are good untill buying the product. The have to learn about the after sale support and service for any queries. The store manager is not at all lisining to the words. Keeps repeating the same phrases to avoid the issue and asking to deal with NiKon. I dont know for what they have prmotions in their website. Never ever Harvey Norman.

Lovely store and the ladies when asked about the products were friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Will definitely return to shop.
