Had 10 photo's to print. Thought i would pay extra for "while you wait" printing so i didn't have to come back. The sign next to the monitor does say, " up to an hour". I waited 40-45mins, disappointing, considering there was no-one there for part of it and the machine stood idle. I would have thought " while you wait" was more like 10mins, maybe 15mins.

We have been buying from the Cannington store for over 10years and are always impressed with the friendly service and range.

Even on the odd occasions where we have had to return products for warranty, the team are always extremely helpful and have it sorted quickly.

Once we got past the pushy sales person, and found someone interested in simply helping us, the service was excellent. Even when one of the products failed right out of the box, we were able to have it replaced immediately! Simple process. They had an excellent range in both products and price. (One of the sales staff would have had us spend more, a lot more). We got what we needed, that's the main thing. Their. Follow up service when we ran into trouble, was also excellent.

Tried contacting Harvey Norman Cannington, was kept on hold for over 10 minutes, still waiting!
Lucky they don't work on Commission!
They need to have more than one person working a department!
LOSING Confidence!
BAIT AND SWITCH!
Lure you in with reasonable prices and try to con you into buying more expensive item!
LOST CONFIDENCE!

I would have given less than one star if had an option. Had such a horrible experience with Harvey Norman Cannington. I ordered a couch which was in stock, when it's was delivered was faculty and immediately call the store almost waiting them to take action against after a week still nothing sort out. They don't have any technician meanwhile they are all busy. I will never be shopping there again was the worst experience this time. Being shopping with Harvey Norman for years but they have broken the trust this time ️

If I could give less than one star, I would.
We spend a small fortune at Harvey Norman Cannington. We bought four bar stools, an eight seat table, nine chairs, a desk, a coffee table and reading chair. We purchased our items in early June and have only just received the last lot of our goods.
We were told upon purchase we would have the items at the end of the month (June). One chair and the reading chair didn't come until the end of November! I rang the store several times over the months for an update, sometimes being told the sale person we dealt with would call me back, never to receive a call back (this happened twice). When I picked up the bar stools, I was given two boxes, so I asked if there were two stools in the box and was told each box contained two stools. When I got them to my car, I checked and each box only contained one stool - I am glad I checked before I left the store. When I went back to inform them they still needed to give me two more, I didn't no receive an apology, just what seemed like an inconvenience for them to get the remaining two. We were told COVID was the reason for the 'delay'; however, we found this to be an unacceptable excuse. We ordered a custom, 9 seat couch from Nick Scali after we purchase our items in June from Harvey Norman and we had our custom couch ordered, made and delivered in less time then it took Harvey Norman to provide us with our goods - therefore, we don't believe COVID to be a valid excuse.
Overall, incredibly disappointed with the communication and service.

I normally don't buy from Harvey Norman but popped in one day to see some appliances I was considering.
I was greeted and assisted by Tanya, what an awesome person. Excellent, friendly and genuine service from start to finish - which made our kitchen reno that much better. Thank you Tanya and Harvey Norman!

Bought a bed and mattress a months ago. I was told stock arriving soon and bed to be delivered in two weeks. Four weeks later still waiting for stock, now apparently no stock until December. Very disappointed!

Brilliant people! Very helpful and courteous. Walked in with an angry missus and a dead Fit-bit, walked out 15 minutes later with a fixed Fit-bit, a reprogrammed phone and a happy wife. Can't go wrong with that! ️
Thanks Tech Team at Harvey Normans. You've made life bearable again.

Electrical section should use more space and could consider organising the products in a much better way. Presentation could improve. Customer service is reasonable. I am not sure if people know that HN could actually beat a price you got from online if they want to, at least that happened with me. They do not normally say this thing out loud like good guys and retravision. I bought Samsung TV and sound bar and got much better price here compared to Good guys and Retravision. In most cases, I was a good guys person. So, it is worth checking with HN before you actually buy.

Due to the lovely lady Crystal in the vacumn cleaner section I will give 5 stars. Very informative and due to giving us a great deal on the washing machine and Miele cat and dog vacumn she made a sale and we didn't walk out like we were going to after having unsatisfactory customer service by the young indian girl in the washing machine section.

I did a click & collect service, after clicking on the "on my way icon", then "im here", waited 15 mins & no sign of my order I went inside, to find 3 sales people standing around, I asked about order & they said no one had actioned it & went to get it, to return & say they couldn't find it with a giggle, when I said I wasn't finding it funny, they then found the order. The click & collect system def needs a looking at, salespeople standing around & no one getting orders!
